EXCLUSIVE! Carrie Prejean Lawsuit Thrown Out!

Yup. Just as we thought!
We reported back in April that The Miss California USA pageant was being sued by the National Organization for Marriage Group because they claimed that their former spokesperson, Carrie Prejean, had her reputation ruined by the pageant when they deliberately released damaging information about her which ultimately led to losing her crown!
However, a source close to the matter has exclusively informed PerezHilton.com that the court has JUST dismissed the case!
Guess it didn't hold too much merit, seeing as NOM fired HER themselves before even filing the suit!
Smart thinking, guys!
Here's hoping that this can be the end of such a STOOPID mess!

"Damaging information" ruined her reputation? And here I thought it was the topless trading cards and do it yourself porno vids? My error!
I thought Andy Warhol said everyone would be famous for fifteen minutes? Looks like Prejean is shooting for fifteen years!
Well, she caught a huge break that her little videos were never made public.
