Elizabeth Taylor's Home Is For Sale!

| Filed under: R.I.P.Elizabeth TaylorBusiness Blitz

So sad.

The Bel-Air mansion that the late icon Elizabeth Taylor called her home for over 30 years has been put on the market!

According to reports, the 7,000 square foot '1960s ranch home with treetop views across Los Angeles which has been meticulously maintained' also sits on 1.27 acres of land and has an English Rose garden, and is being sold for $8.6 million!

Check out photos of the property (above and below)!

Simply beautiful, no?

It's going to be so sad to see anyone else inhabit this home!

But life does goes on, and we're sure Liz would want others to enjoy the space just as much as she clearly did while she was with us!

May she R.I.P.

I hope someone as classy at Liz (although they don't come around often) will buy this house and take care of it the way she did, it's sad :-( R.I.P xox

Beautiful gardens for a beautiful woman. I hope whoever buys this home will respect and take care of it. I have a feeling that Elizabeth will never ever really leave that house. She will be there forever. She lived there almost half of her life. It must be sad for her kids to have to sell it with all the memories that they must have. R I P Elizabeth. There should be an actress today that has all the class and beauty that you had. Sadly, there is not one.

It looks really dated. Not feeling it, especially at that price. I'm sure the price is inflated to refelect the previous tenant, but you should love where you live. Moving in so you can claim you now occupy Liz Taylor's home won't make you feel better about living a butt-ugly home.
