Smart move, Whitney.

After completing her 30-day out-patient rehab program earlier this week, Whitney Houston has made the decision to seek additional treatment.

She will hire a life coach who will be available to her round-the-clock and will help keep her on track with her drug and alcohol treatment.

It seems like Whitney is really serious this time and really wants to beat her addictions. A source says that "she really wants it this time."

We're really rooting for you, Whitney. We want you to get better and we're so glad to see that you're taking the necessary steps.

    What a waste of talent.

    she's talented but She's done . . .

"out-patient rehab program" = excuse used to not actually go into rehab. Usually when people as addicted as her go to an out-patient program, it never works, or is just an excuse.

I am glad she is doing this. I feel so sorry for her. I had a fantasy that she would come onstage at the last AA World Convention singing "I Look to You" from the last album. I thought she had become well enough to do something like that. Maybe next World Convention Whitney ? You go girl ! Lots of people you will never know wish you well.

Unlike WHOREiah, she STILL produces number one albums. She is STILL the vocalist to whom all others are measured.

I hope she do take drug treatment serious…..she has lots of work to do, especially with image. She was the best singer of all times(past tense)…..I guess she threw it away by doing silly drugs… stop with the excuses and get better Whitney, the sooner the better…Good Luck!!

Addiction has no boundaries. We never recover and addiction is something you NEVER beat. It's an on going process. You never graduate. She's needs to get to some NA meetings and quick playing around.

I remember when this talented singer with enormous potential first came on the scene. Who's ever thunk she'd turn out to be such an EMBARRASSMENT TRAINWECK TWEEK"D OUT CRACK HEAD?

Many blame Bobby for her present problems but she is an adult who should have made her own decisions as to whether or not she engage in practices which could completely ruin her life later on. But I feel so sorry for her. She was such a cool, beautiful and talented singer. What a pity!

Terrible addictions can take more than one try. With this approach, perhaps this one will stick. If she has enough money, who cares if she maybe can't sing again for a while. If she really masters this recovery, she can help other people beat addictions by speaking, etc.She can do 'the book.' She can mother her children and get them settled. She can work on her warbling for fun and maybe get it back with enough healing. Where are all the other rock stars from the 70's, 80's and 90's now that aren't performing? Doing things that THEY value and like to do. Retired from the spotlight, but not retired.
