The beginning is too monotone, and didn't inspire me to listen to the song in it's entirety.

    quit while your ahead.

She sounds like crap It's over go and visit Brit brit

  4. 4

Boring. She can do so much better.

  5. 5

I LOVE it. It's a typical Shania song and has a great message in the lyrics!

Doesn't sound like her! I miss the shania twain of my younger years! Hopefully she comes out with a fun song like her other ones used to be!

This has gotta be the most boring song ever made. She justs keeps repeating the same thing over & over again. It's really annoying. I was never a fan of her music. A lot of people in the C&W community hated her too because of her slutty outfits. She's too campy for my liking. Even Avril Lavigne is better than this crap.

*Yawn*… was that really her? It was so boring I couldn't pay attention.

I have to agree it's a pretty ho-hum song. But I'm glad she won't be part of the Mutt Lange machine anymore. All HIS songs sound the same. Maybe the rest of her CD will be completely different. I'm happy she's back.

This is a whole new mellowish sound with a laid back feel and increasing layers of sound, and an uncomplicated but surprisingly effective melody. Is David Foster involved somehow? I feel him all over this piece. I like it quite a bit. Nice job, Shania and Co.

    Oooold.

Anyone who has been watching her docu-series will know how difficult it must have been for her to record and release this. Her voice is clearly not what it once was, but it is a very simple, beautiful song. As she continues rehabilitating her voice, I'm sure it will return to the fullness it once had. And it's Shania people, of course her new CD (whenever it comes…probably not until next year if I was betting on it) will be upbeat, fun, and uplifting.

I hope she eventually cranks out a few of those cheeky ditties with great hooks again.

Well … David Foster's work here doesn't hold a candle to Mutt Lange's prowess and power as a producer for Shania. David Foster is the right fit for some artists, but judging by this track, this is not the guy to guide her into a successful comeback. Hope she's still shopping around for the right new producer who helps her shine.

I love this song! So uplifting & positive and PRETTY! I love Shania!

LOVE THIS SONG! It is different than her previous stuff, but change is good. I don't think this song is any indication of what the new album will sound like. This is just a random song she decided to release that she wrote to help her get through a rough time. Well done, Shania.

If this song came out in 1994, i would be all over it - but come on shania, you could do better. but i don't blame her….without mutt…

  18. 18

Its her first song in a long time and after she's been through so much, her voice needs exercise but she'll get better, i have faith in her.
And perez, how old are you? Please stop spelling girl like 'gurl' your not a teenage girl anymore.

  19. 19

I like it. Pretty, quiet little melody that can stick in your head with a positive message. Yay Shania! :-)

  20. 20

Shania Twain as a singer is no longer relevant. She had her time in the 90's and should be satisfied with that success. She still looks good though.

Sorry….not going to listen to it. Not if I have to watch the same freakin' ads over and over and over again. I get it. You're owned by TLC and ABC Family and all of the other cookie pop ups. Who else? Your commercialization has made this site so irritating. It used to be fun. Good grief…sites much bigger than yours limit their commercialization. You don't have to watch a 15-30 minute ad before each video clip. I'll go to the other sites for video views.

Re: poodlewithamohawk – I don't get ads. Uber teen downloaded AdBlock Plus for me, and no, I don't work for them.
