According to a new profile of Michele Bachmann, the congresswoman once thought an ex-nun and lesbian were attempting to kidnap her.
Apparently, while at a constituent forum, she refused to address the issue of gay marriage, and then she was approached by the ex-nun and lesbian in a bathroom who politely brought up the subject, to which she responded by screaming the following:
"Help! Help! I'm being held against my will!"
She then called the police, and according to the report, she was "absolutely terrified and has never been that terrorized before as she had no idea what those two women were going to do to her."
An attorney wrote the following in a memo after declining to press charges:
"It seems clear from the statements given by both women that they simply wanted to discuss certain issues further with Ms. Bachmann."
So sad and ridiculous. Here's another quote from Bachmann about being gay, further emphasizing how distorted this woman's views are:
"Any of you who have members of your family in the lifestyle, we have a member of our family that is. This is not funny. It's a very sad life. It's part of Satan, I think, to say that this is gay. Barbarians need to be educated. They need to be disciplined, and just because someone feels this or thinks this, doesn't mean that we're supposed to go down that road."
Ugh. This woman's views are absurd and disgusting! She is SO far gone.
What do U think about all of this? Do U think the ex-nun and lesbian were ACTUALLY trying to kidnap her?
