Well, if she's gonna turn to anyone, we totally expect it to be the "consciously uncoupling" star!
Because, DUH! Who better to understand Beyoncé's pain than the Goop author?!
Kevin Rogers was at the Tracy Morgan show that resulted in an anti-gay rant that left many outraged and stunned. It affected both Kevin and his partner so much that they created a Facebook open post about it called Why I No Longer ‘Like’ Tracy Morgan –A Must Read.
Now after Tracy has had some time to start mending his ways, Kevin says that he's accepting of Tracy's apology and doesn't think he should be fired from NBC:
"He appears to be genuine in his actions to this point past the apology. His words had meaning that night and the words from his apology have meaning as well. Hopefully one was not to be taken at face value and the other to be."
That's wonderful to hear that someone who Tracy directly offended is able to find the forgiveness to give to him. We would have felt personally attacked if we had been at that show, and it's been great to see Tracy going to the lengths he has been to make it right.
Though, it would have been best had the rant never happened, but that ship sailed, so Tracy's doing the best he can do at this point.
Like we said once before, though, we really hope this becomes a long-term movement for Tracy, and that he doesn't stop the support past when the media moves on!
