Back to living simply, no help required.
Recently, it was announced via the palace that Prince William and Kate Middleton would be hiring a housekeeper and dresser to tend to them while they stayed in their apartment in Kensington Palace. However, Duchess Catherine has since changed her mind and has asked the royal staff to call off the search for hired help. She and William have opted to go with their original plan of doing for themselves.
HOWEVER, the couple's private secretary Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton told reporters the household will be reassessing what's needed for their home in Whales toward the end of the year. So, there's still a chance they will get a housekeeper and such if the opportunity presents itself.
Alright, let's not make a big fuss of this. You're royalty, ergo you're entitled to servants. Nothing wrong with it, so long as you treat them fairly, pay them handsomely and father ZERO children with them.
That settles that.
