Steven Spielberg Had Megan Fox Fired From Transformers After "Hitler" Comment!

| Filed under: Film FlickersMegan FoxSteven Spielberg

Yikes!!! You do NOT want to get on the bad side of Steven Spielberg!

Megan Fox did just that when she insulted her Transformers director Michael Bay by comparing him to Hitler. When Spielberg heard about the remark, he demanded that Fox was fired from the Transformers franchise.

Bay said, "You know the Hitler thing. Steven (Spielberg) said, 'fire her right now.'"

Even though Bay said he wasn't offended by the comments, he listened to Spielberg, who was the executive producer of the film. She was then replaced by Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whitely for the third film.

Big mistake, Megan. Even if Transformers isn't the kind of movie you want to make, you don't want to be blacklisted from big time directors in Hollywood. Girl, you should learn to keep your mouth shut!!

She wasn't being paid for her intelligence. She's stupid! Big F'ing suprise!

  2. 2

ahaha so what happened to "stand up for yourself…good for you blablba…dont let the bullies bring you down"? whoever wrote this. WOW what a pathetic loser

  3. 3

Michael Bay is notoriously hard to work for, so what if she compared him to Hitler? Plenty of people in the entertainment industry have made similar statements about other directors and/or people they've worked with or for. It's common in everyday life for people to compare their bosses to Hitler. It's called freedom of speech. She did nothing wrong and it's not a mistake at all. She shouldn't have to watch what she says in regards to things like that. She wasn't downing Jews or anything like that, nor was her statement derogatory at all, it was just a statement on how Michael is, when it comes to working with him. Spielberg is just being a big baby. This movie is going to suck as much as the other two, anyway, so she should be glad she's not in it.

  4. 4

I still think they shouldn't have had a love interest at all much less a new one to replace Megan Fox.

  5. 5

    Typical jew behaviour from Spielberg.

  6. 6

wtf, just because these assholes think they're bigshots with their films doesn't mean they can treat actors like shit. Let these actors speak their minds. Great talent will always shine through.

  7. 7

I feel so bad for her. She must have been devastated. All that hate directed at her. Scary.

  8. 8

Re: StupidBitchesNeedsToLearn – right or wrong, she has totally fucked herself.

  9. 9

Megan go suck Steven's c—k and give him porn sex and then see how much that Hitler comment hurt him.. Steven Spielberg is such a fucking douche. She is 20 yrs old, WW2 was her great grandfather's generation and even when these younger genrations study it in school they have really no understanding of it. SS should fucking lighten up. Megan didn't mean that MB was going to go out and gas millions of jews. She meant he is an evil dictator. So fucking what?

  10. 10

When you got a job no matter who your boss is, all you got to reply is "yes sir" and do whatever you are getting paid for. If you dont like the job and dont urge for the money, just quit.

  11. 11

oh god. lighten up SPIELBERRRRRRRRGGG.. wait, is he jewish? ohhhhh. thats why lol!

  12. 12

Shes screwed her career is dead. Any career thats built on sex appeal and not talent is always doomed to fail the second they age, or get knocked up and married. She had a good 5-10 years left at most. But her horrible personality and stupidity screwed it up for her.
Re: ickynicky – LMAO. No, Just no. I guess you're one of the many that is living in the fantasy world of "theres no consequences to my actions" and then whines that they have rights. Wrong. Yes, She is allowed to say wtf ever she wants. But theres consequences and believe it or not..But in the real world people have to deal with them. You don't go up to a bunch of black guys and start calling them the N word then flip your shit and cry "I HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH" when you get your ass beat.

  13. 13

Yup Fox gets fired but we forgive Tracy Morgan, it's just a comment.

and coming from Perez… lol. "Girl, you should should keep her mouth shut" what a genius. You want a good story ask Fox for her side.

  14. 14

Megan Fox is a moron! She bit the hand that fed her. Don't bash the guy signing your checks. I would say this killed her career but given her acting ability I think she was pretty much DOA. Its a good thing she's pretty because she's such a talentless idiot!

  15. 15

    Re: bettyC7 – I totally agree

  16. 16

Transformers isn't good enough for her anyway. It's a dying franchise

  17. 17

    Re: MikelMonroe

Megan Fox great talent? LOL. No.

  18. Jaded says – reply to this

Re: ickynicky – You are very right it is called Freedom of Speech. She wasn't arrested for her comments, she wasn't put in jail for them. She is free to say whatever she wants. Just like Spielberg is free to not hire or fire her for making them. It's a to way street on that one.
Re: MikelMonroe – Just an FYI, when it comes to Hollywood these "assholes" ARE bigshots, and the CAN make or break someones career, and while great talent will always shine through Megan Fox is no great talent. She's barely mediocre talent. Name one film she's been in, other than Transformers, that have done good numbers.

  19. 19

Ohh how fucking funny is this…. STEVEN SPEILBERG, super jew to the hollywood stars telling Bay to fire her after the Hitler comment? Rothschild, Warburg, Schiff, Oppenheimer CREATED Hitler out of the Thule society which is an offshoot of the Bavarian Illuminati out of South Bavaria, Germany and incidentally OWN the fucking Studios that Spielberg works for. Im guessing EVELYN DE ROTHSCHILD passed down THAT order to LORD SPIELBERG. Fuck these people, (LMAO). Please! I would love to debate Speilberg and skewer that fucking noob… I would destroy him factually.

  20. 20

I'm sorry I forgot to add the SAXE-COBURG-GOTHA-BATTENBURG family out of North Germany that funded the man they call Hitler.

  21. 21

Steven your a talented filmmaker, but were all tired of your austerity measures in hollywood. Maybe next life you could come back as a gorilla that speaks french?

  22. 22

I wonder if she said 'Mussolini', would 'The Spielberg' get upset? Probably not because Steven is an outrageously biggoted Jewish man.

  23. 23

I guess some of Americans are too focused on there own persons and nation (even if they call themselves ‘Americans’). And Jewry with there ‘big jewish mourning’ already screw down the half of the World!
I don’t like Meg Fox, but Spielberg is an old idiot with babyish whimsy-whamsy.

  24. 24

  25. 25

why is it surprising that she got fired for these comments? actors aren't gods, they're people. if this were in an office setting, and I were saying these things about my boss, would anyone blame my boss for firing me? so why is it acceptable for actors who are employed by directors and producers to disrespect them? I'm glad she was fired. she was getting too big for her britches. everyone knows she wasn't hired for her acting talents

  26. 26

Re: ickynicky – I agree with the freedom of speech theory, but I think Spielberg did the right thing: this girl obviously is very ignorant, and she's getting paid a lot of bucks to look hot/sweaty/pretty, maybe do a couple of stunts, and NOT because she knows how to act. To compare your boss to Hitler means that you have NO idea of what the nazi were nor what they did. That is a sign of DEEP ignorance, and -to me- of stupidity. Because Hollywood is full of pretty chicks ready to get paid much less to have the same opportunity, and they know how to say "My boss is extremely demanding/ my boss is a tyrant/ my boss is a pain in the neck". She got fired because she's an ignorant spoiled diva. NEXT PLEASE!

  27. 27

Firing her for that comment seems like a huge overreaction. Anyone who doesn't like Michael Bay she goes up in my estimation anyway.

  28. 28

Re: ickynicky – I would agree with you if we are talking about a BIG name actor/actress here. it is ok for someone like Tom Cruise, or Meryl Streep to say things like that, because these people have worked hard all their life and have built something for themselves. HOWEVER, when it comes to people like Megan Fox, thats another story, she would be NOTHING without Michael Bay, nobody even knew her before transformers. She hasn't established a name for herself, she is nobody to make such nasty comment on a person who literally invented her, this is called unappreciative, unclassy and disgraceful.

  29. 29

Re: Manda756 – funny, transformer is a dying franchise? this is worth billion of dollars and after all, what have megan fox done for herself after she got fired from transformers? Jonah hex that doomed at the box office and passion play that went straight to DVD??? WOW I guess she really is too good for transformers.

  30. 30

Funny because I am pretty sure Hollywood is full of good looking bodies…it wasn't that hard to replace her. Maybe if she actually had talent, people wouldn't be so quick to fire her.

  31. 31

IF true, it would make me think much less of Spielberg. No matter what, she's lucky to be out of such a DUMB franchise of movies and Michael Bay is a MCP.

  32. 32

I think they were a bit hard on her. While I can respect someone in Spielberg's position being offended by the remark, I hardly think she should have been fired over it.

But, that's just me. As far as Transformers 2 goes, she was the highlight.

Hopefully, they'll all learn from past mistakes and not serve up a heaping pile of shit for part 3.

  33. 33

While I personally don't like Megan Fox as an actor, that is a massive over-reaction by Spielberg. She was using a pretty common figure of speech which people use to describe someone who is a control freak that bosses people around. While it's not flattering or politically correct, in context, it's not that outrageous. It's not racist and it's not homophobic - it's a comment on his style of work, not that he's a jew hater or something. It's certainly not worth a knee-jerk firing by someone who didn't hear it directly. I think there is probably a lot more to it than that one comment, but if not, it is ridiculously over-sensitive. Would I like someone calling me a "Hitler"- no. Would I blacklist them and drag their name through the mud - of course not. I'd probably just admit that they had a point.

  34. 34

if spielberg had THAT much of an issue with that then he shouldve fired her and terminated her contract with the transformers trilogy right when her wonderland magazine issue came out in SEPTEMBER 2009. instead they end up firing her while she is on the set of transformers 3 around MARCH 2010 and she was there on set for a good couple of weeks during production before she got fired. this is bullshit and she had a sense of humor about the hitler comment but obviously humor and sarcasm dont translate well on print. michael bay is only saying this LESS THAN 2 WEEKS before the fuckin movie comes out just for publicity… youre so obvious bay, its not even funny. but the funny thing is if megan ended up showing up to the premiere of transformers 3, all of the reporters would have their eyes fixated on her… not shia, not bay, not the new fugly bitch rosie… nobody, and thats a fact whether you like megan or not.

  35. 35

I guess freedom of speach doesn't apply when you insult the jews that run Hollywood.

  36. 36

Wonder if Spielberg ever uttered a disparaging remark during his tenure on earth? I guess when you think your're god you quickly forget your indescreations in life, but remember some silly comment made by a young woman, whose carreer you may have ruined. What ever happened to forgiveness Steve?

  37. cika says – reply to this

    No wonder she's currently unemployed.

  38. 38

I can't believe everyone just accepts this story without any skepticism. I'm supposed to believe that if she had compared Bay to Stalin that she would have been welcomed with open arms?

She publicly blasted her boss and she's easily replaceable. Add it up: whether you're an actor or an office worker, unless you have a union to protect you, you're done.

  39. 39

I like what she has to say ususally. She's one of the few celebrities who seems real and not all PR controlled. Plus they lost out by not having her in the 3rd. Those movies suck and she was the best thing about them.

  40. 40

Spielberg and all the other Jews who go crazy at the mere mention of Hitler should get over themselves. She is just an actress who probably didnt know the difference.

  41. 41

Mel Gibson says 'the jews control hollywood' and he gets ostrasized' and people say it is not true, Gibson is being racist as usual. Then I read the posts and I see so many posts saying the jews are running Hollywood. A lot different then when Gibson was being crucified. What Mario posted makes a wonderful fairy tale, but I don't believe Speilberg did or said that. No, he would not leave himself open for anytype of attack, lawsuits, PITCHFORKS AND TORCHES, ETC. Don't get me wrong, yes, I can see Speilberg firing people, esp. for Hitler remarks, ESP. FOR HITLER REMARKS AND LOVE DOING IT, but he would make sure someone else would do it, and his name would not be attached ANYWHERE! Speilberg did not make it to where he is BY BEING NICE. No, he is rich beyond anyone's dreams, and one does not get that way by making mistakes, STUPID, MORONIC MISTAKES…. No, you get that way by being cut throat, brutal, smart and having someone else do your DIRTY WORK.

  42. 42

Re: Mad Dog – Freedom of speech doesn't equal freedom from consequences.

Plus, how lame to compare anybody to Hitler. Think of a better analogy.

  43. 43

When Megan Fox makes as much $ AND wins as many oscars as Speilberg, then I'll have sympathy for her…

And models should not be actors.. period. They're selling their IMAGE not TALENT.

  44. 44

    What a bitch

  45. 45

Re: jfkwashot – Hahaha Megan was just as much a model in the movie as Rosie is a model in real life. I guess it sells but I hate how men make women as showpieces.

  46. 46

All this tells me is that Steven Speilberg thinks its ok for Michael Bay to make mysoginistic remarks and sexually demeaning advances towards actresses and not ok for an actress to call a spade a spade. Michael Bay is an idiot. This just makes Speilberg friends with an idiot and in favor of mysoginy.

  47. 47

its disappointing how sexist hollywood is, actresses can't say one anything without getting shitted on so they all end up spineless or out of work because they have opinions. and the actors can go on and on about things and its flies/forgiven. i think men forgive men and in media but they don't forgive women.

  48. 7tizz says – reply to this

Steven went over the line if he really got her fired for this reason. Megan probably wasn't being anti semetic when she said that and most likely knows very little about Hitler other than being a very evil man when she made the comparison.

  49. 49

I think Perez has been secretly black listed by certain Hollywood powers. Piggy has hit the crystal ceiling.

  50. 50

So what if she said he was acting like Hitler on the set.. I am sure he was.. that is so stupid to have her fired! Everyone wanted to see her back in the role.. what an ass Spielberg is.. bully!!

  51. pinki says – reply to this

Its unfair dismissal. I'd sue. Megan has the right to freedom of speech.
As for Spielberg, he made a film called Schindlers List. Its ethically wrong to depict any aspect of the Nazi War as it has been quinticentiallly deemed to be absolutely completely unrepresentable as it was so so horrible.
Now, everyone who has seen Schindlers List think of it when the Nazi war is mentioned,
Therefore Spielberg has replaced true history in peoples perception of the War with a film. Ethically WRONG. How dare he.
Heres a man who mad a fast buck of his fellow Jews Death at the hands of the Nazi's.
    It makes me sick.
Im glad megan spoke her mind against Bay, he was constantly telling her to stick her ass out more so he could shoot the most sexually provocative angle of her crotch.
    What a pervert.
Go Megan! Excercise that free speech, its your god given right!

  52. 52

Re: pinki – Unfair dismissal? This is Hollywood we're talking about here, those rules do not apply. Besides, Fox has said many, many dumb things during interviews but to slam your boss in public, the person who made you famous and pays your bills? That's not freedom of speech, that's just plain 'I don't think before I open my mouth' stupidity. As for your Spielberg rant: cool story bro!

  53. @v@ says – reply to this

Why would he do that instead of having a chat with her and making her aware of a few things?
The young should be mentored and brought along, not body slammed by someone with a lot of power. If you have power, use it wisely, don't use it to perpetrate more hate. Sad.

  55. 55

I'm a Megan Fox fan. I was a Shia Labeouf fan until tonight because this is just disgusting. Clearly all this Megan bashing is a pr stunt to draw attention to the lame T3 movie. What Shia is doing is back stabbing a friend he used to work with. This whole argument is sexist and full of double standards. If she was a man people wouldn't punish her for speaking her mind. Other people on here are right she has an iphone not a blackberry not that that matters. And the comment about her "being in her own world" what does that even mean? She does her job, doesn't go to clubs and get DUIs, she takes care of her step son and goes out with her husband to do everyday stuff. I'm on team Megan and I hope t-shirts come out with Team Megan because I will rock my shirt with girl pride. Btw I hope the movie flops at the box office but due to the high divorce rate single parents need to kill 2 hours with kids some way.

  56. lps says – reply to this

This is old news… we all know that Megan obviously worked through some immaturity in what she said to the press about Bay and that she isn't a part of the next movie. Why is Shia shooting his mouth off again about this? Seems like a crappy way to promote the new lame "blockbuster." And Bay tells the press that Speilberg didn't like the Hitler reference? Who cares? Clearly she was awkwardly referring to his controlling behavior, not the holocaust. They seem more caught up in her departure than she does. OLD NEWS.

  57. 57

I think SS needs to specify what is allowed when referencing Hitler for instance if she had said I love you Bay I love you like Hitler would that have gotten her fired?

Or does SS have a strict no Hitler policy?

Just wondering … maybe he is going to fire me for using the initials SS…Ahh crap.

Come on Hitler was an a-hole and apparently some other folks are too. Get a grip.

  58. 58

Obviously you are not Jewish or you would understand why this happened.
