1990 Scientology Music Video We Stand Tall

| Filed under: Wacky, Tacky & TrueJohn Travolta

Yes! We're so moved by this piece of early 90's Scientology propaganda nostalgia that we're ready to…watch this at least 3 more times for a good laugh!

Check out this EPIC ode to Scientology above and don't miss vintageJohn Travolta making an appearance fresh off of the success of Look Who's Talking.

Keep an eye out for the current leader of the organization, David Miscavige, singing his little heart out at the 2:45 mark on the video.

Innerestingly enough, sources say he is surrounded by his closest and most trusted confidants in the church, most of whom have since defected, spoken out against the church or are even MISSING!

This little sing-a-long may be deceptively upbeat compared to some rumors of what REALLY goes on in the church.

What do U think of this We Are The World type music video? Considering joining up anytime soon?

Do some research into this CULT.

    Creepy beyond belief.

  6. 6

They are creepy and dangerous. This is cult is the land of Travolta, Cruise, Kristie Alley….etc.

  7. 7

These people have no lives. Look at all the Scientology celeb losers …Tom Cruise, Kristie Alley, John Travolta etc.. They all lost there star power and are considered has-beens.

  8. 8

No problem with their ideology, BIG problem with their practices. It's like a Stepford version of "we are the wierd".

Yes, as soon as an actual communist transsexual set of siamese twins are elected president of the USA and they win 9 oscars for breakdancing in 10 consecutive academy awards.. then I'm all in.

I had to mute that at about the 2 minute mark - I'm stunned how stupid they all look!

Members advocate drinking Kool Aid and getting "Audited" LOL

Deeply deeply disturbing. I'm glad the reality of Scientology and other organizations that operate like it is finally becoming apparent. I have no idea what they're talking about - stand tall against the Evil Galactic Overlord Xenu? Stand tall in specious group lawsuits against individual detractors? Or stand tall in starving the life out of your members in a so called 'health treatment' or 'drug rehabilitation'? Hmmmnnn…

  15. 15

This is some saaaad shit. I wonder how some of the people in this video are today, 21 years later, and how fucked up their life is because of Scientology.

Those scientologists are a real bunch of scary MOFOs….

  17. 17

I can't wait to hear the cast of Glee's fresh young interpretation of this little ditty. No, wait! Let's get Gaga to whip us up a remix. Sound good to you, tweetie?

Propaganda. What's with the cross imagery?!? They don't believe in anything related to the cross apart from its related tax exempt status. Surely they realize they have a very serious reputational and image problem. That BBC documentary was alarming, and not because of the BBC reporter, but because of the way he was followed, stalked and intimidated. I haven't even mentioned the tales out of school that ex members tell about what goes on. If they do legitimate work, then they need to go revamp from the top down and go about making their methods legitimate.

This "We stand tall"… Mega rad. Seems like a religion in search of low-self-esteem recruits. We stand tall? C'mon! Who are you trying to convince?
