Paul Reubens Gives Pee-Wee Movie Update! Apatow STILL Involved!

Back in January, we were excited to learn that Judd Apatow was innerested in possibly directing the upcoming Pee-wee Herman movie!

Now, Pee-Wee actor Paul Reubens has given us an update on the project, and we're pleased to hear that Apatow is still involved!

Here's what Reubens had to say about it:

"Paul Rust and I just turned in a draft to Judd last week. He’s bringing such an interesting side to it. He’s constantly having us talk about and address the emotional core of Pee-wee Herman. It’s adding a dimension I never had before. Judd, if you’re reading this, I think it’s ready to green light!"

AWESOME! We REALLY hope this ends up happening! We def feel like Judd could bring something special to this project!
