Ark Music Factory's Newest Superstar Has ARRIVED! Meet Lexi St. George!

Oh boy! Will lightning strike TWICE?!

Now that Rebecca Black has taken her runaway sensation of a song, Friday, into superstardom, it was only a matter of time before the Ark Music Factory attempted to recreate their whirlwind success with a new, fresh-faced pop star…and here she is!

Check out 14-year-old Lexi St. George's music video for her new song, Dancing to the Rhythm (above)!

Apparently, she was found through a talent search by the company in a partnership with Good Morning America, and she's actually pretty good!

And we hate to say it…but so is the song! Simple, harmless, and catchy!

We just wish that the video had all of those glorious little gem of moments like Friday had!

There's the hint of one beginning at the 1:34 mark…but we want MORE! Ha!

AND WHERE IS THE RAP INTERLUDE?! That's where the greatness lies!

Nice try, Ark! But only time will tell if Lexi can hold up to our beloved Rebecca!

What do U think?? Do U like Dancing to the Rhythm?

Not as catchy/fun as Friday was. There was an cheesiness to Friday, along with Black's voice, that made it stand out, if that makes sense. This song sounds forgettable.

  2. 2

why is a 14 yr old wearing a shoulder padded blazer, her mother's shorts and one of britney's hats?

  3. 3

I didn't/don't have a problem with Friday, other than the fact that Rebecca Blacks singing voice is like listening to a wasp wirring around in a styrofoam cup, not even the excess of auto tune could cover that monotony up. this girl seems to be Rebecca Black with a less painful voice to listen to.

  4. 4

I will forget all about this song in about five minutes. sorry, but ARK is incapable of producing a good song/video. Rebecca Black was the best thing that ever happened to them.

    It's cute.
Re: April 20th – At least the clothes cover her, she's 14.

  6. 6

1991 called…Blossom and Clarissa want their clothes back.

  7. 7

    More gayness!

  8. 8

There were times in this video I thought I was watching Emma Waston lol…they look a lot alike!! Minus the talent part…

  9. 9

Perez are you like 12? for god's sake get some taste. this future whore has ZERO talent or originality. The song is crap as is your taste.

  10. 10

Perez why must you always right U instead of "you"? It's two more letters! Not that hard!

  11. 11

The fact that she has the ability to move her arms already puts her a step above Rebecca Black.

  12. 12

Re: mattyesmateo – Hey fuckwad. That future whore is my friends niece. Dick.

  13. 13

HORRID. Shitty. This is music for 8 year olds….still being a pedo-creeper aren't you Mario, I hope the authorities are keeping an eye on you Mario think before you decide to touch a child okay!

  14. 14

The music is inane as much as the lyrics and fashion of this music video.

  15. 15

No worse than the crap disney kids put out. Not sure if there's a compliment in there or not.

  16. 16

This girl REALLY looks like emma watson…it's a trip. This song sounds like something that would be on the disney channel, definitely not as insane as friday though

  17. 17

There is no hope for our youth.

  18. 18

    That's embarrassing

  19. 19

    Re: killermouse – Who cares.

This sounds like any generic song you'd hear on the disney channel. It's not terrible, but it is forgetable. Friday was so awful - lyrics, over autotuned, video, rapping, etc. that it just had to be shared!

  21. 21

As we slowly sink lower and lower into the pit of the IQ-of-5 monster. Soon this stuff will win a Grammy award.

  22. 22

Re: Office Drone – Your mom should care. I mean, she once had a 14 year old future whore herself you know.. Just pointing out that it's a problem young men are calling 14 year old's whores, especially, in this instance, when I happen to know who he is referring to. Thought that was implied. Silly me.

  23. 23

Re: killermouse – Blah blah blah. Your "friend's niece" aka YOU suck…

  24. 24

Re: killermouse – so sad for you, and doesn't change anything

  25. 25

    Newest superstar?
Rebecca Black is not a superstar, she got all those views because he song and video are a pile of sh!t and one of the worst songs ever made.

  26. 26

The type of magic that happened with Rebecca Black cannot be reproduced! She is untouchable no matter how hard anyone tries to be like her!

  27. 27

Rebecca Black is untouchable! Many will try to be like her, most will fail. Maybe someday someone will make the magic happen again, but I don't think it will happen any time soon!

  28. 28

Sounds like the same composer as the one who wrote Friday…

  29. 29

Re: killermouse – Talking about my sister now, eh.

  30. 30

Blah blah blah, what a boring song.

  31. 31

I think this song is just as good as the crap that all the Disney stars put out! I hope that girl find success

  32. 32

LOL, I thought she looked like Emma Watson too! She's pretty cute. All in all, not too bad of a little song…much much less annoying than that Rebecca Black. I'm sorry, but Friday is terrible.

  33. 33

The girl in the scarf should be the lead. You can just tell who has 'it' fact and who doesn't. This singer tries but too awkward.

  34. 34

Great, just what america needs; another manufactured pop wannabe artist.
