Glad to hear she's back on her feet!

Even though the pilot for the proposed Wonder Woman TV show didn't end up panning out, its star Adrianne Palicki, will be taking on a new beloved superhero - in the upcoming sequel to G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra, called G.I. Joe: Cobra Strikes!

The actress has reportedly signed to play the film's female lead, Lady Jaye, alongside Channing Tatum, Ray Park, RZA, and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

Meanwhile, sources close to production have revealed that the role of the original G.I. Joe, Joe Colton, has been included in the script, and the studio is eyeing several different actors for the part, including Bruce Willis!

Wow! We wonder if he'd be interested!

The cast of this is coming along rather nicely! Here's hoping it will more than surpass the original!

What do U think of the sequel's line-up so far?

updating wonder woman was the most epic failure of all time and i have no interest in this actress because of her failure. She sank the most powerful female superhero of all time so she sucks. I don't mean to hate, but honestly..women have a hard enough time breaking into the business and people like her don't do us any favors. either act well or get a real job, there are enough good looking shitty actors in the world, and shes not that hot…sorry. Just tryin to keep it real.

    Re: FemaleFilmMajor

Girl, get over yourself. She had nothing to do with the show failing. The show failed because of the concept they were going for. They were not being true to the comics. If you want to blame anyone, blame the producers.
