But don't get your hopes up. It's more than likely not going to happen for a really, really long time.
Today was the massive London premiere for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2. Trafalgar Square was crawling with Potter fans, many of which had been waiting there for three days to secure a spot on the red carpet to see their favorite wizards and witches one last time.
Besides the core three of the flick, the woman behind it all made a triumphant appearance at the premiere. Moments after Daniel Radcliffe arrived (Did you see his face when he saw the crowd? Priceless!), J.K. Rowling arrived and immediately offered her thanks to the millions of fans worldwide that have made Harry Potter the phenomenon that it is. She was then asked the million dollar question - will there be more Harry Potter books? The answer, while vague, was still promising. She said:
“Never say never … It is my baby and if I want to bring it out to play again I will!”
God, would we love to see Dan, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint come back as Harry, Hermione and Ron again in like ten years and do another story! That would be so much fun! To really see the trio as adults and what their lives are like? Inspired idea!!!
P.S. - Did you all see Emma start tearing up during her main stage interview at the premiere?! Too much! So sweet!
