Very mis-leading title. It's not an animated tattoo, it's a tattoo with a barcode. Animated tattoos would mean the actual tattoo moving on your skin, which yes, would be AWESOME, but this isn't it. Far from it.

I think this is cool! All you haters are just jealous you didn't think of it first! I love tatoos, won't get one myself because I am terrified of needles, but, if I got one I would do this and have it link to a video of my dad singing. He passed away in January and it would be cool to have something like this to remember him by!

It turns out Paris has officially signed a deal with Cash Money Records, home to other big names, including Lil’ Wayne, Nicki Minaj, and Drake!
