And here's the denial!

In light of Hines Ward's DUI early this morning in Georgia, the football player's manager has released the following message:

"He cooperated fully with the police and truthfully answered all of their questions. We are currently in the process of ascertaining all the facts. From our preliminary investigation we can tell you that we are confident that the facts will show that Hines was NOT impaired by alcohol while driving. However, Hines is deeply saddened by this incident and apologizes to his fans and the Steelers organization for this distraction."

Inneresting!

That's a pretty bold statement to make after someone was pulled over, arrested, booked, and released on bail! Authorities must have had GOOD reason to think he was drunk.

Tisk, tisk.

Nothing worse than someone who can't own up to his own eff-ups!

What do U think?? Was he drunk or was this all a big misunderstanding?

Stop with the "inneresting"-speak. It's not cool, you kids are not hip, so trying to sound like you are is almost embarrassing. Enough already.

  2. 2

could be either or, so dont act like you know everything perez. he probly was drunk but maybe he wasnt. so shut up until u know the facts

  3. 3

Ya, a little judgemental there. It's not as if cops ever got a little over zealous in the past. Report on the entertainment news, we don't care about your opinion Perez.

Innocent until proven guilty. Talk about someone who can't admit to thier own eff ups? You should know more than anyone about blowing things out of proportion over something little. I think its all a misunderstanding.

P.s. speaking of bold statements. "Someone can't admit to their ow eff-ups" hahahaha you trying to make a point on that is hilarious considering you report only one what people tell you rather than facts…then when you reported something different you claim they changed their story rather than you reported it wrong in the first places

Well, if Casey Anthony was found Not Guilty, than heck, I am ready to believe this one too!

Have no interest in throwing Ward under the bus. He was pulled over for "suspision fo being under the influence" s/times that means you were doing s/thing else ilegal that was imparing your driving not nec. drugs or alcohol………just sayin"

that idiot needs to go back to shitsburgh and stay out of GA if he is going to do that. I hate the Steelers and their white trash fans.

  9. 9

Maybe, maybe not. But by refusing to blow the prosecutor basically will have to drop the charges due to lack of evidence. Considering where he was in metro Atlanta, he had to be at a strip club.

yeah, ’cause cops have never pulled a black dude over and charged him for something he didn't do…

I HOPE HIS ASS WAS FALLEN ALL OVER THE PLACE OR THIS IS BULLSHIT….THEY WANNA BUST YOUR ASS ON EVEYTHING REGUARDLESS….THIS DAY AND AGE ITS ALL ABOUT WHAT YOU CAN PROVE CUZ THE PEOPLE THAT STAND UP AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY ARE SCREWED OVER AND RUINED FOR BEING HONEST WHICH DOESNT ENCOURAGE RESPONSIBILITY EVEN OVER STUPID CRAP THAT DOESNT EVEN EFFECT ANYONE BUT THEM SELVES. THERE ARE TOO MANY LAWS FOR TOO MANY STUPID NON OF YOUR BUINESS TYPE THINGS…LAW ENFORCEMENT IS GETTING OUT OF CONTROL…

I'm sure you've never had a beer or a cocktail then drove home before, Perez. Hines was in Atlanta, he plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Discrimination is a huge possibility in this case. I'm from Pittsburgh, I follow up on the Steelers, as I am a huge fan. Hines is an incredible influence on everyone, and this was either just him being human, not making the best decisions, or a false accusation. You don't know the facts, I don't know the facts, so why don't you just let the law handle this and comment on this situation when the case is closed and you have actually gotten the entire story. It's a good thing no one really likes you, you give celebrities a terrible name.

Re: jbean888 – Why would discrimination be a factor? Atlanta is known as Black Hollywood. Hines is from Atlanta, and played for UGA. The guy is more popular in Atlanta than he is in Pittsburgh.

  14. 14

Well of course he would deny it!
