Liza Minnelli Gets Honored By France, Calls It 'A Dream Come True'

How lovely!
Earlier today, France paid tribute to legend Liza Minnelli by making her an officer in their Legion of Honor.
She was pinned with a "red-ribboned medal" by French Culture Minister Frederic Mitterand during what sounds like a beautiful ceremony.
Liza referred to the honor as "a dream come true" and she had the following to say to the attendees at her ceremony:
"Thank you for watching me, thank you for caring about me."
Congratulations, Liza! A very well-deserved honor!
