Dallas Is Back! Check Out A Preview Of The Reboot Here!

Holy shiz!

We only just reported that the '80s soap Dallas was being rebooted by TNT for at least ten episodes next summer, and now, the network has already released it's first promo for the series, which once again focuses on the rivalry between Texas oil tycoons - and brothers J.R. and Bobby Ewing!

Ch-ch-check it out (above)!

Nice! Looks like the scandal and scheming picks up right where it left off in the '90s!

Definitely an inneresting way to bring the series into the modern world - we'll be curious to see how it holds up once it premieres!

What do U think? Will U be tuning into Dallas next summer?

Dallas, a popular 80s television series, centered around resentful rivalries and power struggles within a Texan oil and cattle-ranching dynasty.

You only just reported, but it was reported to be returning months ago.

That was such a great show in its heyday and the trailer looks to be pretty promising … I'll definitely be tuning in to check it out.

oh em gee! who's the boy with the mustache and beard???? aaaaaaaavemariah!

OMG! Yes. So much more promising than Lone Star. kid w/goatee is a Jonathan Rhys-Myers lookalike and I'm hoping Jesse Metcalfe's acting skills have improved since his DH days. Patrick Duffy (Bobby) has aged well. Fingers crossed this is picked up!!!

    Nope, not interested.
But glad Larry and Patrick are getting work.

Whoo. Linda is so fierce, and it's just a couple of seconds. J.R. and Bobby are obviously much more developed as actors as well. This looks like a good watch to me. The integration of the old characters with the new could make it a powerhouse.

This looks amazing … Linda Gray is looking incredible!

    No. Just no.
How I wish this was a joke. Leave the classics alone.

Patrick Duffy makes me think - Step by step, day by day…

I'm really excited. I feel like a part of my childhood is coming back…even though I was probably way too young to be watching that show when I was little. I hope they do it justice.

just seein JR makes me really feel ancient. wow didn't realize how old we are getting. I don't know if I will like this or not. I don't really care for Jesse as an actor, he was on Chase and didn't do so well and the show was cancelled, the kid that is playing John Ross just doesn't seem to fit. He's so skinny and looks so powerless and whimpy. I guess we will see but I will say Sue Ellen has aged beautifully and looks fantastic. I always love her and her character.

I'll find some way to watch it, no matter what.
