The Trailer For The Thing Prequel Has Arrived!

Wow - we had misgivings about this being developed, but we're not going to lie…it looks pretty effing scary!

Check out the just-released trailer for The Thing, which will reportedly be a prequel to the classic 1982 horror flick, and will focus on the Norwegian crew that discovers the shape-shifting alien in the Antarctic ice three days before the events of the first one (above)!

Since we pretty much know their fate at the start of the original, we'll be very curious to see how this new one plays out!

Here's hoping it can John Carpenter justice! We're cautiously optimistic that it will!

What do U think?? Are U looking forward to The Thing prequel??

John Carpenter's film was a remake of Howard Hawks' ORIGINAL 50's film, "Queen of All Media". Perez is to Queen what Sarah Palin is to Governor.

the Kurt Russell version is waaaayyy better. Even the special effects were better, and that was back in 1982

Hello! The original movie was filmed in 1951. Perez, do you think that the world began when you were born? You've been yammering about a remake of A Star is Born. Take a look at how many times this movie has been made.
