So Long Hogwarts, Hello Brown! Emma Watson Returning To School

| Filed under: Harry PotterEmma Watson

emma watson returning to school

Brown students, rejoice! The Granger shall return! Ha!

Last we heard about Emma Watson and Brown University, she announced to the world that her decision to transfer out of Brown had NOTHING to do with being bullied.

Clearly she has only positive associations with the school, because now she's decided to finish her degree at Brown after she returns from England's Oxford University, which she'll be attending this fall.

Sounds like Ms. Watson's got QUITE the year ahead of her!

We're very impressed, and we predict only the best for her as she moves on from Harry Potter…even though we're having immense amounts of trouble accepting the fact that the movies are over.

Good luck, Emma!

Good for her. Education seems to be the only thing that keeps young stars sane. Will and Jada should take note.

What a beautiful roll model. I'm really happy she is pursuing an education. More people would be better off with one.

She's a classy lady and i've loved her from day 1! She should have played Katniss in the Hunger Games! At least she has time to continue nurturing her intelligence.

I too will have a hard time accepting HP is over. :'( I'll just have to go see it 3 more times!! :)

The more I read about her, the more Im convinced she's the only intelligent, articulate, and well-grounded actress in the under 35 range. Good for her!!!

this women is amazing she derserves all the success she can get. I am glad she wants to focus on her education I hope too see her soon in films in the future. she one of few amount of teen stars who actually a good rolemodel and is intelligent. her interviews are amazing she very mature for her age. I wish her the best. all teen actors/actress should take some advice from emma watson and have a plan b in case your career doesn't work out she clearly interested in having a normal college life in school and get away from the celebrity life for a while but I do wish her the best and I hope too see her in the near future in films.

smart young woman to know that she not only has to nurture her acting career but how important it actually is to nurture her education and personal growth
former child stars Jodie Foster, Brooke Shields and only a few others are great role models for her- they did not lose their careers by taking the time to educate themselves because they were talented.
    .
and now Emma is becoming a great role model for a new generation..she has real talent that will not diminish-
she is not the flavor of the day - like some of the Disney starlets are

Well that's good of Emma to switch to Brown University.even though I can't stand her. and that's also good that she's being a good role model to every young girl.
