Harry Potter Activism Group Will Continue Working For Good Causes!

harry potter alliance fighting for good causes

Looks like Harry will continue to be a positive influence on the world even though the movies are over!

Boston-based activism group The Harry Potter Alliance has vowed to continue working for good causes even now that the final movie has hit theaters.

The group contains 100,000 people worldwide, and they've done lots of amazing work, including raising $15,000 for Darfur & Burma aid, and $123,000 for Haiti. Expecto Patr-impressive!

The Harry Potter Alliance has also done plenty of work for the causes of hunger, bullying, child slavery, and other important issues.

In a VERY big move by the alliance, they were able to convince Warner Bros to ONLY sell "fair trade certified" Harry Potter themed chocolate.

In yet ANOTHER big move, the alliance was able to donate 9,283 books to create a library for children in the Bronx! Wow!

It's clear that this group of Harry Potter-loving activists is serious about what they're doing, and next they plan to fight against climate change in their "Imagine Better" contest, which will "raise awareness of environmental issues."

This is absolutely wonderful! Keep up the good work, charitable Potterheads!
