Lindsay Lohan was ordered to appear in court this morning for a progress report hearing by Judge Stephanie Saunter, because the El Lay City Attorney wanted to investigate Lilo's drinking while under house arrest.
Now, we've learned that during the hearing, LiLo's probation officer was called in front of the judge, who "strongly implied the probation officer was unfairly gunning for Lindsay."
Yep. As we said back in June, her probation officer wants her behind bars.
According to the probation report, here are the reasons that Lindsay's officer wants to violate her probation:
- Lindsay didn't pay $3,9000 in community service fees (Judge Sautner proved this to be false)
- Lindsay didn't return the probation officer's call (Also proved false by Judge Sautner)
- Lindsay didn't present proof to Probation Department that she enrolled in community service/shoplifting/psychological counseling programs (Judge Sautner said that Lindsay ONLY needed to provide proof to the court)
We obviously don't approve of Lindsay's recent behavior in many ways, but we think it's seriously uncool that the probation officer seems to be giving false information to get her into further trouble.
Why do U think Lindsay's probation officer has it out for her?
