It's about time!
We've been wondering how the rest of the cast felt about all this!
In light of the news that Glee stars Chris Colfer, Lea Michele, and Cory Monteith were all getting cut from the smash FOX series when their characters graduate from high school at the end of season three, their co-stars Amber Riley, Mark Salling, and Jane Lynch have all responded to the shocking development - and they're all a little more than understanding!
“I think everyone’s pretty OK with it – we’ve had an amazing two seasons [and] we’re about to do Season 3. It’s been absolutely amazing, but I don’t want to be a 30-year-old high school student either! ‘Glee’ was just a great catapult for us. Nobody knew who we were and we’ll always be thankful for it. It’s just been an amazing blessing. I think they’re fine with it. I don’t think it’s the end of the world for them.”
And Lynch agrees:
"[Creator Ryan Murphy] rarely makes bad calls. But I think it's kind of cool that they will graduate. And I also think it's kind of cool that the teachers get to stay."
"I'm just grateful to be there and have a job and be around as long as they need me to be and want me."
Granted, we didn't expect them to pull a Heigl and lash out at the show's creators by complaining about the decision! We're sure at this point they're all desperate to ensure that come season four, they'll be sticking around!
What do U think?? Are U bummed to say goodbye to three of your favorite Gleeks?
