Chappelle Apologizes For His Strange Comedy Set In Miami

If you could even call it a set. He told one joke!!!

Dave Chappelle has come forward this morning in response to the backlash he's been getting from fans, critics and the like for his horrendous routine on Friday night. For those of you who don't know, Dave was in Miami for a charity benefit. Not long after he got onstage did he pick a fight with an audience member who was taping him. This led to an hour of rudeness on Dave's part as he fixated on this guy in the audience, refused to tell anymore jokes and basically just sat around checking text messages.

The following night, Chappelle apologized to that audience for his "bad attitude" during the previous night's show, but left it at that.

Um, what? That won't do! We need to know more! What was up with you? How did you let yourself get so thrown out of whack?! Hecklers are part of the gig, man! You've been doing this long enough to know that! C'mon!!!
