EXPLOSIVE Argument On Dance Moms!

| Filed under: Wacky, Tacky & TrueReality TV

When we first started watching this, we knew that Minister Dawn was upset. We didn't exactly know how upset she was until she basically kicked in the door to call out instructor Abby Miller for kicking her daughter out of dance class for wearing socks!

BOTH sides of this argument need to relax! We can't imagine getting this upset in either position!

Though, yelling at a child and implying (or explicitly calling them) they're stupid is pretty inexcusable in our books, especially when it comes to dance class.

Anyway, check out the madness above and let us know who U think is in the right!

Dance Moms looks crazaaaay!

OMG Perez this shit happened like a month ago! Well, i guess in Australia you did not get the stoopid incident!! My ?? is how that overweight woman teaches dancing moves to those little girls,That is pure child abuse!!

  2. 2

Rules are rules. This was all staged anyways, who cares!

  3. 3

Just wow. Minister dawn needs to take a chill pill and was wrong for yelling in front of all those children. The other one should never call or imply that a child was stupid. Between the real housewives and these chicks they make middle aged women look bad.

  4. 4

WOW she really brought Jesus into it?! Just wow. In my dance studio we made dance FUNNNN and we won a lot! There is no reason to go this psycho.

To be honest the mom is just being silly really. I have been competiting since the age of 7, socks are not as safe for tumbling. If they are suppose to wear them on stage as part of the costume then it would be understanable why she would practice in them, however she does not in this case. If teacher wants them onstage barefoot then that is how the must practice and I am sure it is in her rules like almost every studio in America, it sucks that it has to get to the point of yelling but seruoisly everyone need to follow the rules and if she cant then she has to leave class, its not fair to the other dancers who dress accordingly for practice. You have to understand that using socks and being barefoot are completly diiferent on the marley. The outcome of practicing in the right style of footware WILL make a difference on stage, parents with no training in dance will not get this and im so tired of parents using "well I am paying for this" as a excuse. You dont know what your talking about, thats why you sent them to a school… so shut up and let the teacher do her job, its your fault for not following the rules.. sorry…

"Every week we put the trash out" LOL

    The Minister lady got served!

Re: DancingJ07Re: jay_ay_dee_e – You guys are right- rules are rules. ESPECIALLY for a class like tumbling where socks and carelessness are the ultimate safety hazards. Not only that, but these are competition dancers. There parents should know by now that everything is supposed to precise when it comes to that kind of stuff. Now although Minister Dawn was the main one at fault, Abby wasn't too professional there herself, either. I don't know how much Perez showed on the clip, but I watched the episode. Abby called Dawn's kid stupid, and THEN Abby actually called the police on Dawn in the middle of a class, in front of a bunch of students! Those kids' parents paid good $ for them to be there for an hour or two to DANCE, not to here their fat teacher call the cops on a crazy parents. She should have had the receptionist do that, or she should have at LEAST left the kid-filled studio room. But really- if Minister Dawn doesn't like it there, she needs to take her kid elsewhere. One of the dance academys that I was in didn't have a strict guideline with wardrobe. Most of them do, but not all of them. I'm sure she can find somewhere else for her daughter, because nobody needs to be subjected to those 2 arguing during CLASS HOURS.

For those of you that have never danced: Every once in a while there's a "bad apple" among the parents, but things usually never get THAT heated. I think that these women are just crazy.

how can that ugly toad teach dance! if she jumped the earth would break. i agree with the 'minister'! what a provocative old trout! she needs to be hit with a big fish to match the expression on her nasty face!

    Re: PlayingTheAngel

I'm from essex uk, and mom's got into a fist fight at a dance recital when I was younger! Essex tarts (think Jersey, USA) going at each other like brawling whoraaahs about whose daughter was 'hottest'! Hag St Hags. Was highlarious.

Holy Crazy Batman!!! Both parties are out of line. This argument should have never taken place in front of students of any age. Having said this, one would hope that the parents of the studio are made aware of the rules and regulations prier to enrollment. The stories I could tell, from my training, would scare the craziest “Dance mother” however, it is that very training that set me apart from the…how do I explain this? I have been out in a bar/club and asked, “What do you do for a living?” to which, I would reply, “I am on tour, I am a performer.” The person I may be speaking to says, “Oh, I was in dance, when was younger. ” In my head I think, “Thank you for the drink Douchebag, but you have no idea how hard I worked and you're going to compare me career to your, “baby tap class”. My tap teacher was 800lb (Not really but she looked it) but, for that one hour a day I was in her class, she was like Naomi Campbell, with a telephone, you got the steps right just out of fear of being eaten; weight has nothing to do with it, as long as you can teach it. If you don’t like the way the studio is run, move to a different one, after all your child is always going to be the most talented, smartest, and prettiest student, no matter where they go, bahahahaha

You fat trashy Americans love to watch fat trashy Americans act like fat trashy American babies no matter how many innocent children get stuck in the middle of it… don't you? You trashy Americans fuel shows like this for what reason? To give a trashy blogger something trashy to write about? Trash is as trash does, 80% of Americans are fat pieces of trashy blubber like those in the clip.

  13. 13

How pathetic. I feel pity for that kid, having such a horrible mother. She not only had socks, she also was wearing a t-shirt, so basically her whole outfit was just wrong.
And wtf had Jesus to do in there… gosh.

  14. 14

Re: FoUfCfK – if you're so above it, why are you here?

  15. 15

This is a horrible example of an irate Mother who has some real anger issues. Cannot believe that she is a Minister. Totally inappropriate for any adult to behave like this. Why even show this crap on TV - it encourages them.

  16. 16

This show along with Toddlers in Tiaras should be banned from television. Both are horrid and destructive. I absolutely despise this total exploitation of these kids at the hands of their own parents!!! Lifetime should be ashamed for even airing this.

  17. 17

Re: FoUfCfK – THANK YOU!!! I am an American and I do not support this kind of trash at ALL!

  18. 18

Outside of how ridiculous the fight is.. what I find MOST disturbing is that this woman is a MINISTER! What a wing nut! And we wonder why so many radical extremists come out of religon.. Oddly enough I would have to think the church would generally frown upon solving disputes this way.

  19. 19

I feel bad for the dance teacher. Her rule has a safety aspect and besides it's her class and her rules. Psycho Minister should be ashamed, but I'm sure she isn't — no surprise there.

  20. 20

Re: DancingJ07 – Teacher is not doing her job when she calls a young student stupid. I will not tolerate that from any teacher at all.

  21. 21

Re: FoUfCfK – And yet here you are checking out what trashy Americans do? Admit it….you're hooked on trash, therefore you fit right in with the rest of them.

  22. 22

The dance teacher decides what is appropriate to wear. At my dance studio, we weren't allowed to wear socks or t-shirts either. I know some studios let girls dance in socks, but it seems unsafe to me because they have no grip.

The mom is out of line. I'd be embarrassed if my mom acted like that. What does your education level have to do with anything? You're too educated to follow the rules? No.

  23. 23

in the show, the cops come and one of them says "if you don't like it, take your daughter to a different studio" or something thing along the lines of that which i thought was HILARIOUS because she could've just done that and avoided all that mess like a levelheaded person

  24. 24

    Wow-she's a minister? Wow!

  25. 25

Re: nowwhat? – WOWWWW!! Now THAT must have been interesting. The most I ever saw a mom do was tell a teacher to "go to hell" over some makeup. I think those moms you were talking about would've been much better suited for hockey (but still entertaining for any activity). :)
