Nice to see how well things are going for the former SNL Weekend Update anchor!
Last we heard from Colin Quinn, he landed a Primetime Emmy nomination in the "Outstanding Writing For A Variety, Music Or Comedy Special" category for his HBO special Colin Quinn: Long Story Short.
Now, Quinn's success streak continues, as the comedian has signed a book deal with Grand Central Publishing for Yesterday's News.
The book sold in the mid-six figures, and it's being described as "a humorous look at humanity and pop culture," which will "imagine what daily newspapers from each era of civilization would be filled with, from headlines and op-eds to obits and classifieds."
Congratulations, Colin! The book sounds great, and we'll def look forward to checking it out when it gets released.
Will U read Colin's book? Would U like to see a book from any other SNL alumni?
