It's not strange that we're not surprised, right? Cause we're totally not.
This morning, Kat Von D was poised to sit down for an interview with Good Morning L.A. She was forewarned that along with talking about the new season of L.A. Ink, the anchors would be asking her about her breakup with Jesse James and showing a clip of her getting a tattoo of his name. According to sources, she APPROVED these points before agreeing to do the interview, but when the clip started to roll this morning and the anchor started to introduce her, Kat made for the door!
Now, if she left because she just couldn't take the pressure of talking about something so personal on-air, we would sympathize with her and give her the benefit of the doubt. HOWEVER, shortly after she high-tailed it out of the studio like a bat out of hell, she berated the entire show on her Twitter, posting:
"Dear GoodDayLA, thanks for the waste of a perfectly good morning. Lack of compassion n respect for eachother never fails to dissappoint me."
Okay, so to clarify…
The show invites you on the show, is totally upfront that they want to do this segment about your breakup, get your permission to not only talk about it but to show a clip from the show you're promoting to highlight the story, you storm off and THEY lack respect?!
You made this thing a whole lot more difficult than it had to be, girl. If anyone should be apologizing, it should be you to them for wasting their time. Their expensive and valuable air time.
The "D" must stand for DIVA!!!
