Even though Tuesday night's Last Call with Carson Daly was an encore episode (read: repeat), it still tied with an original episode of The Late Show with David Letterman which aired earlier in the night.
It also beat The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson as well as Jimmy Kimmel Live.
The scheduled guests were Emmy Rossum and Jeff Treamine with musical guests Sarah Lee Guthrie an Johnny Irion.
Those names aren't Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, so this can only mean one thing; Viewers still really enjoy watching Carson Daly like they did in the TRL days!
Good for you, Carson! It's always good to see hard work and staying true to your interests paying off.

Carson who…he is a shity host. He but's me to sleep at best. I also don't like looking at his ugly face. His face is kinda scary. He seems like a enormous douche too.
I'm glad he's doing well, but I've NEVER watched him, either on MTV or on a network.
Not a hater, just not his presumptive demographic. This is for the younger set, anyhow.
