    Actually I can deny it. Her voice really rubs me the wrong way… there's something very childish and nasal about it.

    @latinafantastica Her voice is Broadway and not nasal AT ALL she's classically trained sorry that she doesn't sound like all the auto-tuned crap pop singers there are today. She also has perfect pitch so maybe you're just tone deaf.

    Lol, can't believe there's actually people who don't think she can sing, she's pure talent. Her voice is very Broadway, I don't understand how it could be annoying in any way.

    Re: dewdew5 – Oh dewdew honey … here's what you don't seem to understand. There are objective things in this world, and there are subjective things. Objective things are hard and proven truths, ie: 1+1=2, the chemical composition of water is 2 hydrogen molecules + 1 oxygen molecule, the sun rises in the east and sets in the west. Subjective things are open to interpretation and are based on individual perspectives, ie: humour and beauty. Your repeated comments that anyone who doesn't care for Lea's singing "must be tone deaf" either reflect your immaturity or ignorance, as all sounds fall into the category of "subjective". Not everyone likes the same sounds, food, art, colors, etc. Trying to argue that someone's singing voice is empirically pleasing is about as ridiculous as arguing whether or not a joke is funny, or whether blonds are prettier than brunettes, or whether a painting is inspiring or boring, etc. So the next time you feel like expressing your opinion on something subjective, that's fine; but remember that you will never have 100% agreement, and it makes you appear childish and narrow minded when you bark at others who don't share your opinion. Instead, be grateful that we all like different things, as the world would be a pretty dull place if we all marched to the beat of the same drummer and were exact copies of each other.

    Re: Meggie246624 – oh Meggie honey, if it was in the case of a pop singer like Miley Cyrus or Katy Perry or whoever you can think of I would agree with you whether you like their voices or not its subjective but when someone has pure broadway talent you cannot deny that they can sing, when their voice has perfect pitch. To tell me my comments are childish?, Saying her voice sounds nasally or screechy proves that you know absolutely nothing about music or singing.

    I'll bite. She's a pretty girl and pretty talented, but she's still annoying as all get out and her voice is most definitely nasal, regardless of her training. Pretty and talented are pretty much a dime a dozen in hollywood and broadway, so my guess is she fit the pretentious and irritating profile of the character she plays on tv really well. Uptight whiny bitch material. Congrats! Yeah and I was just saying today I could never buy anything HP makes while lea michele is in their commercial because I can't watch their commercils and therefore have no iddea what they're selling :o )

    Her voice sucks and the commercial is annoying. She sounds like she is an 8 year old.

    I don't care if she's "Broadway" or not. I KNOW singers who have been classically trained, both in opera and in Broadway. Hell, even *I* was trained not to sing through my nose. Lea is nothing spectacular vocally. She DOES sound like she should be on a high school stage but not in a good way. I don't care if I piss off the "Gleeks" or not, but she's just not nearly as good as what everyone would love to say she is. Idina Menzel on the other hand IS Broadway.
