T-Pain suing auto-tune? That's like Daniel Radcliffe suing Harry Potter!
As we all know, T-Pain and auto-tune have practically been interchangeable words for quite some time now…but that time is up!
T-Pain is suing auto-tune company Antares Technologies in an effort to distance himself from them. He's doing this because he's developing his own "voice-manipulation product" called The T-Pain Effect with new company Izotope.
In the lawsuit, T-Pain claims that Antares "continues to use his image and likeness in advertisements, packaging and marketing materials," even though he no longer wishes to endorse their auto-tune technology.
What do U think about this? Does T-Pain have a case here?
