Off The Hook! Casey Anthony's Return To Orlando Delayed

This … is frustrating.

Shortly after Casey Anthony was ordered to return to Orlando for tomorrow morning, the new judge on the case has offered her an extension in order to let her attorney's plead her case.

The judge who originally oversaw the check fraud case in which she was found guilty of has now stepped down and has been replaced with Judge Belvin Perry, the same man who presided over her murder trial.

He has set a hearing for Friday so her defense team can formally request the order set forth by the previous judge be vacated. Casey is not required to be present at this hearing.

If she gets off scot-free again, so help us…

I don't understand how a person can think that they are on probation while in prison. Isn't prison an incerated prison?

OK, Perez, you need to jump off of this bandwagon. Everyone is so intent on punishing her for something. The prosecution did not prove their case. THAT'S IT!!! Why are we wasting taxpayers dollars on this stupid case. This judge has been removed for a second time and the press (and sorry, that includes you in this case) needds to move on. There are many more important things in life than this woman.

and if she does get off "scot-free," so help you what? what the fuck are you going to do about it? lmao.

@FrankieLA: were not wasting tax payers dollars. she was convicted of a new crime that has nothing to do with caylee or the murder trial, so it should be treated as such. This means the judge should grant NO special treatment to her because it is a separate charge. it frustrates me that people believe think we should just leave her alone since she was found not guilty. if police catch someone committing a crime, they should prosecute, no matter who it is, or whether or not they were found guilty/not guilty of any other crime.

Her lawyer really has balls. Would he prefer if she get everything removed off her record that way she doesn't have to serve any probation.

He is taking care of his cash cow. They both make me sick. She murdered her kid and all he gives a shit about is making money.

Strange…every time I see a picture of this baby killer I want to punch her right in her smug face
And sure, all you doubters, she wasn't found "guilty", but we ALL know she isn't innocent. Good God, use your brains.

Re: brendon.breezy – ROFLMFAO … that is EXACTLY what I was thinking. Like anyone would take seriously a veiled threat made by this loser … what's Mario going to do, prance around and have a high-pitched, nasally tantrum? LOL … Perez, you're such a joke.

Unfortunately, that's the way the justice system works. She has served her time. She probably would have only gotten 18 months probation. She did serve 3 years, twice as long.
