While violence is neverthe answer, and i do not condone the guard laying a hand on anyone, i can understand the guards frustration! The phrase "Justin wasn't able to even enter the place because of all the paps" is very telling. It's gotten ridiculous that the paps can storm a place, overwhelm a person, make them feel in danger, and THEY scream abuse.

why don't you show and play what the pap did before hand? Maybe he shoved them, screamed threatening profanities, blocked the entrance… They are disgusting. If they acted with respect and gave it, there wouldn't be so much negativity toward them.

Why does JT need a body guard? I watched him at the SARS concert, following Mick Jagger around on stage. The most embarrassing, pathetic sight and Mick didn't look too impressed with it either. Why are they so anxious to take pictures of talentless morons like him. None of this makes any sense.

paparazzi crowds are, to me, worse than a kick in the shin.
no wonder all these celebs crash, get parking tickets etc. trying to avoid paps seems to be verging on life threatening if this is anything to go by.

You can't just kick a path through. That's assault. (Wait for them to bring a different version of what happened now…) It's only Justin Timberlake, ffskakes. If he wants to go inside somewhere and can't, he can go in the back, phone the restaurant management or police and they'll clear a path. Or go eat somewhere else.

Looks to me from all the pictures I've seen online that the pap tripped and fell and the bodyguard was just jumping out of the way here. Still pictures don't tell the real story. Without moving footage it could be nothing. That being said the paps are getting aggressively out of controll and I feel no sympathy of them.

Moral to the story: Don't kick somebody when their friends have a camera on you. Yeah, the pap deserved it and yeah they deliberately blocked the dooway. But then, that's part of the scam. These guys aren't professionally trained photographers. A lot of them are ex-convicts, former parking lot attendants, and busboys, etc. But mostly they are bottom feeders. They deliberately set up celebrities so they can sue them. They claim to be run over by cars when they deliberately throw themselves on the hood. They get their foot run over. They get roughed up by a celebrity's body guard or the celelebrity themselves. it goes to court, and if the judge throws it out, they file a civil lawsuit and get moeny. Most times the celeb pays them off because they don't want the headaches.

Well let's not judge…what did the pazo do? I don't agree with the violence of it but I must say the pazo have it coming most of the time. They are really just stalkers and have it coming. I mean celeb's should get some time off like everyone else. For all we know the pazo could have started the entire thing and got beat down…they get no love from me.

I know the bodyguard, he has been with Justin since he was a teenager. He is the nicest guy ever. He MUST have felt threatened to do that.

Amanda Bynes Arrested In New York City AND Taken To Psychiatric Hospital!!!!!!

Amanda Bynes had a run-in with the popo in the NYC on Thursday night, which resulted in her arrest AND subsequent taking to a psychiatric hospital!

Police showed up at the former child star's midtown apartment after receiving reports of a disorderly person. And that's when shit got crazy!

When the NYPD arrived at Bynes' pad on West 47th, street she threw a bong out the window, who know cuz it probably had crack "incense" in it and she didn't want law enforcement to find it.

Twitter-loving Amanda was arrested on a charge of reckless endangerment.

After her arrest, Bynes was taken to Roosevelt Hospital to undergo a psychiatric evaluation and then transferred to a Midtown police station to be processed.

Hopefully they send her BACK to the hospital and put her on a psychiatric hold!
