Now's your chance, Gleeks.
The reality series The Glee Project is already in talks to return for a second season. Even though the show hasn't officially been picked up for Season 2, executive producer Michael Davis is confident that it will return.
"Talks have begun. A lot of the planning is starting to happen, how we’re going to do the casting process, which is the biggest thing.
I feel incredibly confident that we’re coming back. This is certainly in my plans for next year."
Despite a slow start, the show has grown in ratings and has developed a strong online fan base.
But if you're hoping that America will get a vote on the next season, think again. Casting director Robert Ulrich says:
"I selfishly like it this way because it’s more like the way show business is. This is about ending up casting somebody on a television series. This isn’t just winning a prize. Ultimately, what really matters is what Ryan [Murphy] thinks. It’s not your typical thing. I can’t imagine it ever going with a live audience thing."
We're pretty pumped that the show is returning. It's growing on us!
