Robbie Williams Writing Tracks For A New Solo Album!

Damn! He's going to be pretty busy when this tour is over!

A baby and a solo album? Ambitious!

Robbie Williams reveals that he is hard at work completing some solo tracks while finishing up Take That's European tour. The tour officially came to a close last week, but rather than take a vacation, Robbie fly straight back to Los Angeles where he reportedly is already in the studio working on his next solo album.

Robbie confirmed the happy news via his blog, saying:

"I have 'nothing' to do and I plan on doing it very well… (nothing except write the next album!)

I have (it seems) a mountain of songs to finish lyrics for… so many tunes are in a good shape now. Maybe 30 knocking around and that's not including old ones that never made R.K.T.V.S.

The future's bright… I'm looking at my most consistent album to date. I have a month to tie up loose ends lyric-wise. I will remember all your kind words about what my songs mean to you."

Such a guy! He really makes you feel, as a fan, that you are a part of this process! So sweet!

We're happy you took time out to reunite with your boys but we are equally as happy that you're getting back to your solo stuff. We know it makes you happy!

Are U looking forward to new music from Robbie, solo style?

Isn't this what a singer/song writer does? How is this news? It's like saying: Exclusive - Eric Clapton playing guitar. Breaking News: Adele sings a song.

So excited…am also loving Robbie's blog and the video blog he posted. Seems he is in a really good space now.
