something is really wierd about justin beiber, his voice hasn't changed yet, its clearly not deep at all, and he still has the body of a 12 yr old boy. Isn't he at least 15, shouldn't he be growing by now? When will he hit puberty?

Re: RitaFarb – I'm guessing his body and his voice will change some until he's 18 maybe even 19. Boys just develop slower than girls. I had a boy in my class who didn't grow until he was eighteen. It's not like 17 year old boys look like they do in One tree hill, the O.C, 90210 etc.

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.

That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...
