Kris Jenner Sued By Cosmetics Company, Uses Her Neck As A Defense

| Filed under: Legal MattersBeauty BuzzKnifestylesKim Kardashian

Remember when we told you that Kris Jenner got a facelift back in June in preparation for Kim Kardashian's wedding?

Well, a cosmetics company that does business with Kris is not too happy about Kris' recent nip and tuck. You see, Kris was hired by B&P to be the face of their line of anti-aging skin care products called "Beautiful Eyes in a Bag."

But when they heard that Kris went under the knife, they felt that she violated their agreement and harmed the reputation of their company.

Kris is fighting back though saying that her procedure didn't affect her eyes whatsoever because the facelift involved the neck.

Huh?? Wouldn't a facelift mean HER FACE went under the knife?? It does seem rather deceiving that Kris would be the face of a beauty product when she's admitted to having work done.

Who do U think is right? Kris or the cosmetics company?

Lmfao - Posting every lawsuit story but the one below fatboy? You're so fucking obvious. BTW - nice steal from tee em zee on this story.

Lady Gaga's hit song "Judas" is a total rip-off of a 1999 song called "Juda" … so says a singer named Rebecca Francescatti … who just filed a lawsuit against Gaga in federal court.
Rebecca claims the similarities between the two songs are NOT a coincidence … because her former bass player — Brian Gaynor — is now employed by a music company that wrote 17 songs on Gaga's recent "Born This Way" album.
Rebecca's lawyer, Chris Niro, tells tee em zee, "Though the songs are different styles, the composition is the same and the chorus is the same melody … [Rebecca] is seeking recognition for what she created."
Francescatti, who sings under the name Rebecca F., is suing for unspecified damages.
We called Lady Gaga's camp for comment … no word back so far.

    slow news day?

Perez spent his entire afternoon reading Tee eM Zee…….literally all of your stories are straight from there - except for the Gaga lawsuit post….hmm…..

She's on the way to be just as plastic as her daughter Kim

Sounds like she got a FACE LIFT not a NECK LIFT.

Bruce had his ears pinned to the back of his neck…He looks ridiculous.

It appears something happened to the right side of the old ladies face, pariticularly the right eye. It's drooping like a bloodhound's eye…I was wondering if she had a a TIA or a full blow stroke? or maybe the nerve was severed. I'm hoping it heals.

god, that is the ugliest face i have ever seen. haha

Whats the big deal, the cosmetic co's photo shop all their ads.

Just because someone is endorsing someones product, doesn't give them the right to control everything they do in their life. Unless the contract specified that Kris wasn't allowed to go under any surgical procedures to enhance her beauty. I think this cosmetic company has no case.

  11. 11

Anyone notices she is making the standard "Kimface"?

  12. 12

I don't see how these surgery addicts can look at pictures of themselves and think they look better. Kim is pretty close to looking like that Cat lady.

Wow.. i agree with Perez for once.. you really think people are going to think your "face lift" had nothing to do with your "face" considering it is called a "face lift" just because you say so??? That is not how it works.. if you were the face of a skin aging product than yeah you did violate it because now no one will think it works because you got a face lift… stupid people.. stop fucking endorsing everything under the sun because obviously you don't know wtf you are doing.. karma..it is coming for all you greedy people……

If she had a clause in her contract that said she had to refrain from cosmetic surgery to her face, then the company has a cause for action. If not, it is none of their G-D business what she does with her body. She's still old and still looks old, she just looks good. I hate corporate America…they think they can own people.

Re: LaughingOutLoud1 – Her name is Kris, and she doesn't look like the Cat Lady, Jocelyn Wildenstein, yet! I agree, though, that her eyes look kind of effed up.

Anyone who buys cosmetics based upon an air-brushed celebrity's recommendation deserves to be ripped off. How realistic is this woman's face to begin with? How many face lifts has she already had, how much professional make-up applied, and how much PhotoShopping is done on her photos in combination with the above. Celebrity-worshippers are naive idiots.

  17. 17

    Who cares?….ass.

  18. 18

Hahahahaha. I really hope she gets her ass sued! And I hope she loses.

This famewhore pimp and her husband look like escapees from Madame Tussands wax museum.
