Watch Team iLuminate Light Up America's Got Talent

So we guess this is why America's Got Talent is dominating this summer's ratings!

We THOUGHT little 11-year-old Anna Graceman was our favorite contestant on the show this season with her impressive voice, BUT this is INCREDIBLE!

Team iLuminate WOWED the audience and LIT UP the stage on Tuesday's episode with their amazing dance and glow stick spectacular!

Honestly, we've never even dreamed this possible and can't even begin to imagine the amount of precise coordination needed to pull off what Team Iluminate has just pulled off!

Do yourself a favor and watch the video above to see what everyone else in your office has probably already been talking about this week!

They dominate because everything else is reruns. It's a stupid show.

And CNN really needs to get rid of Piers on the 9pm hour. He's horrible, constantly interrupts his guests when he's not kissing their asses like he did the soddy barbarian prince and asks dumb questions. It's painful to watch him.

These shows give people a chance to come forward but its not easy to success.
