Why would you EVER invite this comparison under ANY context, Kanye???
During his performance at the Big Chill music festival on Saturday night, Kanye West vented about being misunderstood, and pulled a serious Lars Von Trier.
Here's Kanye's VERY misguided attempt at speaking about how people don't understand him:
"I walk through the hotel and I walk down the street, and people look at me like I'm f**king insane…like I'm Hitler."
"One day the light will shine through and one day people will understand everything I ever did."
And here's Kanye on how he's like Michael Jordan:
"Michael Jordan changed so much in basketball, he took his power to make a difference. It's so much f**king going on in music right now and somebody has to make a f**king difference."
As far as the Michael comment is concerned, wasn't it your Watch the Throne collaborator Jay-Z who first referred to himself as the "Mike Jordan of Recording" in his song Show Me What You Got, Mr. West? Just sayin'!
And as far as the Hitler comment is concerned, we understand that you weren't purposely trying to speak about yourself as being similar to him in a positive light, but you should still know that it's NEVER a good idea to compare yourself to Hitler and/or a Nazi under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
