Casey Anthony Officially Ordered Back To Orlando To Serve Probation

And the state of Ohio takes a collective sigh of relief.

After some back and forth, some contention from her lawyers and a judge swap, it has been officially determined that Casey Anthony must return to Orlando within the next two weeks to begin serving her year's probation for check fraud.

Guess what Casey? Judge Belvin Perry doesn't care if you're worried for your safety. He's dismissed your legal teams attempts to keep you a free bird, saying that the judge before him put out an order and he is going to stick with it. Casey MUST report to an Orange County probation officer no later than Aug. 26 at noon or she risks being sent right back to jail.

Justice served - finally!

How exactly is this "justice?" She may have to be back in Orlando to serve her probation time, but Perry made an exception for her; he's going to keep her address sealed. So he DOES care about her safety, as long as she's operating within the law and complies with the previous judge's orders. I'd hardly call a single year of probation to be "justice," you insufferably stupid twerp.

What La Garse said, except for the name calling at the end. It isn't justice at all. Within a year, people will forget she exists anyway. Some other heinous crime will come to the attention of dim witted Americans and they will once again cry foul and pretend that they are lawyers and legal experts and assume the role of judge and jury.

Re: viktor80 – Too many of us ARE dim-witted with too-short attention spans … I really can't argue with anything you said. It's sad, but the truth is the truth.

Please folks, do not argue with the Big Pink Panda… you should know by now that he knows it all, he is not only a blogger, he is a lawyer, a judge, a jury, a doctor, a moralist, he is a jack of all trades, including, but not limited, to pretend he is a girl!!!!! His judgements on things always comes with 2 sides, a gay agenda and a dose of self righteous bullying!!!!

Re: viktor80 – Every person who reads this site is taking on the role of judge, and not in a legal sense. We're all judging everyone — Perez, the people he writes about, and each other. Kind of takes the "high and mighty"-ness out of your post.

This is one person i wouldn't care if she OD on bleach!!!

Re: PosseUser – actually it takes nothing out of my post. I wasn't condemning anyone for judging anything. I was simply stating that collectively Americans will forget about the Casey Anthony case as soon as another high profile case comes to their attention. So, poof your sails a little fuller and try to make me feel like a fool because it didn't work.

I heard that Child Protective Services found Casey responsible for Caylee's death. Does anybody know if this means that they can bring up some new criminal charges against Casey? I know that will help in a civil suit, but could the FL. justice system be looking to nail her for every little thing so they can eventually give her some hard time? Like Capone with tax evasion & OJ with armed robbery.

Life is tough for a chick who writes phoney checks and murders her kid. Waaaa! If she's so scared, she can PAY for some security with ACTUAL money.

  10. 10

WTF would you know about Justice FatBoy. All the shit you get away with.
You have caused the death of more people then her.

  11. 11

What justice served? Shes on probation, not in jail. Its all political so Judge Perry doesnt look bad, and its for someone to take her out.

  12. 12

No public interest is served by having her return. Our system of justice is far from perfect.
She was found not guilty. This is too little too late.

Re: kelaudk – No. She was found not guilty, so double jeopardy applies. She could basically come out and give a detailed account of how she did it, like OJ, and, like OJ, she couldn't be tried again in criminal court for the crime.

  14. 14

"justice served" ? Far from it. Justice will be served when her mutilated head is on a platter.

  15. 15

HAHA..WELCOME HOME BITCH..HOPE YR ASS GETS STRUCK BY LIGHTNING..ACTUALLY,I'D LIKE TO HEAR A SERIAL KILLER GOT YR ASS AND TORTURED YOU NICE AND SLOW..NICE AND SLOW..MAKE IT LAST,THEN DUMP YR BODY IN A TRASH DUMP SPOT TIL YOU ROT AND LEAVE NO TRACEABLE EVIDENCE FOR CSI.YOU KNOW,LIKE YOU DID TO YR BABY GIRL.OR IF THOSE SCENARIOS DONT WORK,YOU FUCK UP ON PROBATION AND GO TO JAIL,BUT THIS TIME YR ASS IN IN GEN POP,THERES A FEW LADIES IN THERE WHO WOULD MOP THE FUCKING FLOOR WITH YR UGLY FACE.

  16. 16

SHE IS GOING TO LIVE IN HELL IN ORLANDO BECAUSE HER FACE IS PERMANENTLY EMBEDDED INTO EVERYBODY'S BRAIN SO SHE COULDN'T EVEN DISGUISE HERSELF IF SHE TRIED….
don't try going to OLD NAVY in O-TOWN, WE CAN SMELL EVIL A MILE AWAY…

  17. 17

She needs a good ass kicking! I expect YOU Florida to take care of that.

  18. 18

Oh give her a break it was only one murder. The kid was always crying for her grandmother. The kid did not understand what a PERFECT mother casey was.

  19. 19

Yeez, I understand they can't charge her with the same stuff, my question was could the CPS finding allow them to bring up something new/different that wouldn't fall under double jeopardy. Watching TV now & they are showing the intake center where she has to check in. It seems as if they are setting her up. I believe that she is ultimately responsible for Caylee's death & don't like her personality, but it's almost as if they're asking for trouble. Not cool.

  20. 20

PSYCHO baby killer bitch, needs karma to bite her hard. Her lawyer too. It's OJ all over again, but this time in a creepy Psycho killer fugly female package.

The murderer got what she wanted because now she is famous. The good twist is that she is famous because after murdering her child now everyone wants her to die. No thanks, I'll pass on that type of fame…

  22. 22

justice is somewhat served…not really…but at least she can't walk down the street without being harassed which is FAR from the death penalty but it's something.

o and the people bagging on perez, if you don't like him or what he says then why the hell do you waste your time getting onto his website, making an avatar and posting comments? If you don't like the site the DON"T GET ON IT! Simple.

You have such a way with words.
    BRAVA!
    Good stuff. Good ideas.

  24. 24

Wait, what does any of that say about the state of Ohio? How can you mention the state of Ohio and then not mention why? Did she say she was coming back here? Please say she's not coming back here. We have enough problems with Jim Tressel fucking up the Buckeyes. We don't need her stupid ass coming here too.

  25. 25

You are 100% right on the money.

  26. 26

Ok this is how I see it.
First she HAS been treated like she is a Queen from EVERYONE ever in her life. From her disturbed parents all the way down to Jose Baez and his team. How could she not think the world is her's and her's alone. I blame her parents (they all lie ) for raising such a sick, evil girl who thought (and thanks to 12 morons) that she can do anything and never have to pay for her mistake. Baez lies so much he too should be disbared but of course nothing will happen to him. Hope his 15 min have run their course.
Casey KILLED her daughter………Judgement on earth failed, Judgement from GOD will NOT>>>>

  27. 27

Boo Hoo. I hope she gets a job that requires her to wear a bright red X on her chest.

  28. 28

I'm from Ohio and NOBODY wanted the bitch here.

  29. 29

Re: bryanlizza – HAHA thanks for the laugh!

  30. 30

Re: JennFrost – She was in our state for a bit, IDK how long. Good riddance!

  31. 31

Justice served for writing bad checks, maybe. But the bitch still got away with murder.
