Amazing! This film clearly deserves all the accolades it's getting!

The Help, which is based on the novel by Kathryn Stockett and stars Emma Stone as an aspiring journalist writing a novel from the perspective of maids in Mississippi, has reportedly already earned $10 million in grosses since its Wednesday night release - and Disney is anticipating a $20 million opening!

We would certainly believe that, given the novel's fanbase and the already-GLOWING reviews!

Congratulations, guys!

We can't wait to check it out for ourselves!

Too bad the movie strays so far from the book, which was awesome.

I'm going to wait until I finish reading the book before I go see it. I was reading it while on my flight to Las Vegas last week and everyone kept looking at me because I was laughing so much. I love how the maids are so smart and their white ladies are ridiculous, at least so far.

It was awesome. They did the best that they possibly could have turning it to a screenplay while still keeping the key parts from the book. I loved it! You gotta go see it. In fact, I'll be seeing it again this weekend!

Taylor Dayne song" change the world " from the soundtrack is AMAZING

Does a good job of covering the surface of the book, and compared to the other movies out there right now, it's good.Worth a ticket. But the book is way deeper, way more engaging and fun and meaningful than the film.

Forget Emma Stone its all about the character Minnie!!!!! She stole the show for me, as did her White lady, the Marilyn Monroe clone….really great film. Will definitely be delving into the book before the summer is over.

oh and they did a horendous job on Emma's lacefront wig :( the movies can bring dinosaurs back to life and blow up asteroids but they couldn't get a better wig for that girl.

Been waiting all summer to see this movie, got good reviews in LA Times. The book was funny and like another poster said, laugh out loud.
