Enrique Reclaims Dance Chart Crown From MJ
Enrique Iglesias has once again surpassed the King of Pop's record of most dance hits at #1 among men!
He actually claimed that title back in February, inneresting enough, but Michael grabbed another spot this summer with his hit Hollywood Tonight. So, as Dirty Dancer hits #1, Enrique reclaims the position and the title!
Iglesias has seen all 15 of his Dance/Club Play hits reach the top 10, stretching back to his first hit, 1999's No. 1 "Bailamos." "Dirty" is his third chart-topper in a row following "I Like It" last year and "Tonight."
Madonna leads all artists with 40 Dance/Club Play Songs No. 1s, followed by Jackson's sister Janet with 19. In third place among men is Prince, with seven leaders.
So he has quite a ways to go if he's ever going to beat Madonna's staggering 40 hits!
We're not sure the seksi singer can do that, but we're okay with him trying! Ha!

Are the dance charts the only #1's he can get? Lmao.
Obviously, this accomplishment doesn't mean much since MJ not only had many No. 1s but also SOLD "RECORDS" not $1.29 singles on a dance chart that no one looks at anymore. Why even report this no once cares.
He can have it. Ain't nobody touching the Kings 100 million records sold with one studio album (Thriller, anyone?).

its not only about quantity, its about QUALITY. Enrique's songs are forgettable. Mj's songs are part of music history.
As an MJ fan I could care less MJ has records that actually matter the dance chart is just a bonus. Am more annoyed that Katy Perry might tie his record for five #1 singles from one album with that terrible song of hers.
