Um, excuse you? Didn't you guys already try this and FAIL? Give it up already. The girl needs to do the time for ALL of her crimes, separately.
Casey Anthony's legal team plans on going head-to-head with the judge who rejected their plea to serve her probation anywhere else besides Orlando. Now they are claiming that Casey served her probation for check fraud while she was in prison for supposedly murdering her daughter.
At the time of her sentencing, the judge overseeing her conviction made it clear that her time in prison for the murder trial would not count towards her probation for check fraud. However, her lawyers did a little digging and found that the judge mistakenly signed an order allowing Casey's probation to run concurrently with her time in jail. The current judge overruled this "innocent mistake" last Friday and again insisted that Casey return to Florida. However, her lawyers haven't given up yet and they're hell bent on getting her freed from probation all together on this technical error.
We're drained of words. This just is never-ending malarky. UGH!!!
