This guy probably deserves even more of a punishment…but at least he'll spend some time behind bars.
To recap, former America's Best Dance Crew judge/choreographer Shane Sparks was arrested in December 2009, and ordered to trial almost a year later on eight sex charges, including "lewd acts on a child" and two counts of "oral copulation of a person under 16."
Now, Sparks has pleaded no contest to "having unlawful sex with a minor under 16," and as a result he'll be serving 270 days in jail. He'll also get five years of probation, and he'll be forced to attend 52 counseling sessions. AND he won't be allowed to be around female minors when other adults aren't present.
Hopefully this is the last we hear from this guy. We're glad to see some justice being served.
Do U think Sparks is being appropriately punished for his crimes???
