Casey Anthony Appeal

According to reports, Casey Anthony's lawyers formally filed an appeal asking for the order to return to Orlando be vacated.

Casey's attorneys are calling Judge Perry out, filing court documents that read:

[Her order] ignores the fact that the Defendant did, in fact, actually serve her term of probation and was subject to the threat of violation of probation if she, for instances, wrote a letter of apology to the victim had a physical altercation with a correctional officer or another inmate, or was in the possession of contraband.

The appeal is currently in the hands of a panel of three judges.

Ugh… Casey. Ugh…

She beat the law. Leave her alone so she can be miserable. Casey served her probation. What they're doing is very unusual and suspect.

Anthony's defense team isn't "calling out" Judge Perry. They're doing a standard appeal on a ruling they disagree with. It happens all the time. Stop trying to create drama.

Stupid attorneys wouldn't do this shit for any other client, they only see $$$$ with this murderer. Waste of the taxpayer's time and money for them to appeal.
