Wow. It wasn't too long ago we remember Lindsay Lohan tweeting Nicki Minaji to thank her for the shout-out in her song.
See how a person's tune can change!
Lindsay Lohan is suing Pitbull for the use of her name in his song, Give Me Everything. To refresh your memory, the song goes a little something like this:
"Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoein, keep flowin' I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."
We've heard far worse things said about her!
Regardless, Lindsay's furious over the song, claiming in her lawsuit that "the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff."
Okay, first of all, where have you been Lindsay? This song has been on the radio for like 6 months! You're just NOW realizing that he name drops you?! Really?! Okay, fine, whatever.
More importantly, you have no case. This is all malarky. Did you forget that you IN FACT went to jail? True, it maybe embarrassing to YOU that people still bring up the fact that you were in the clink, but again, it's a FACT! And you know what? You can't argue a fact … and you certainly can't sue someone for stating a FACT!
Guaranteed this case is just going to be waste of time and money on your part. You should just be happy that people are still talking about you and moooooove on.
