DMX: I'm Not Afraid To Sue You, Police!

DMX Plans To Sue Arizona Police For Harrassment

We weren't too surprised to learn about DMX getting arrested for speeding on Wednesday. The man isn't a stranger to breakin' the law.

But while he admits he was in fact speeding, he claims there was no way he was going 100 in the 65mph zone.

D explains:

I was going 85 miles-per-hour. I know for a fact I didn't go more than 90. I'm used to driving fast, I'm a New Yorker, but I constantly look at the speedometer when I'm driving. I need to make sure I don't drive too fast. I plan on suing, and I plan on suing for harassment. I'm in discussions with multiple lawyers who are not afraid to go against the system in helping me clear my name because I have been harassed.

Hmm, innnnteresting. Very!

We're not really sure who we're inclined to believe!

I wonder if guys who sag their pants realize where that originated from? Looks ridiculous as well. Good luck with that law suit though.

Got no respect for a grown man doesn't know how to pull up his pants….gees.

Does it really matter. The fact is he was speeding and he was arrested because he was driving on a suspended license. So how is it really clearing you name DMX? Now you can just get a ticket for 85 MPH as opposed to 100 MPH. Given his track record I'm going to assume that the judge will believe the officers over him. Makes me wonder who as advising this guy. It isn't harassment when you broke the law and they had to arrest you. I guess you can't fix stupid.

PLEASE sue them before your pants fall off. Otherwise they will hit you with another charge; being UGLY AND STUPID LOOKING IN PUBLIC.

He's pretty much saying "I broke the law, I just didn't REALLY break the law". What a freakin' idiot.

his pants are hanging off his butt and he has the nerve to wear a belt. Cause you know that makes alot of sense.

Don't know who he is, but do NOT want to see someone's underwear!

Lol good luck with that DMX! I hope you have fun hanging out with Joe Arpaio in Tent City again.

Even if DMX is telling the truth and he was only going 85mph, it wouldn't matter anyway. In Arizona, its considered "criminal speeding" if you drive over 80mph… and since he's on probation and was driving on a suspended license, obviously the cops are gonna arrest him. Dumbass.

There would likely be a verifiable digital record of his actual clocked speed. The suspended license doesn't help him any. To cry about some injustice when you're driving illegally in the first place is a bit of deserved karma; but if the record exists, they'll have to lower the penalty accordingly.
