WTF! Ryan Rottman Pleads Not Guilty In DUI Case
Wait, SRSLY??
Nickelodeon star Ryan Rottman was arrested last month on a DUI charge after leaving the El Lay bar Dillon's Irish Pub.
Not only did he jump a curb while driving drunk, but also reeked of alcohol when police confronted him. THEN, he failed a breathalyzer test by having a blood alcohol level of .19, more than TWICE the legal limit!
But for some reason, the guy pled NOT GUILTY to DUI.
The proof is there so we're not sure why he doesn't think he's not guilty…

He is pleading not guilty because that's what lawyers tell you to do. It's the only way that they can fight your case for you. It doesn't mean he is getting off it just means he is going to go to trial for it. Gosh everyone calm down.

easy reason for him to plead not guilty, when it goes to court and threatens to drag on and on, they'll negotiate for him to plead guilty to a lesser charge. It's done all the time, famous or not famous.
