And she has a lot to say!
As we reported yesterday, Matthew Fox was detained by police after he had a drunken altercation with a female party bus driver. In a stupor, he attempted to board the bus without being invited. When the driver asked him to leave, he punched her in the crotch and breast. She retaliated then when a swift jab to the jaw, but now, she's speaking out against the actor with more details about that evening.
According to Heather Bormann, Matthew, who is in Cleveland filming a movie, "smelled like a liquor cabinet" when he tried to get on the party bus. She politely asked him three different times to leave, since he wasn't a guest of the vehicle, but he didn't verbally respond to her. She explains:
"I told him, 'Sorry, buddy, this is a private party. You have to get off my vehicle.' I told him three times. He never said a word. He just looked at me."
It was then that Matthew started swinging at her, leaving bruises on her arms, thighs and chest. In self defense, she punched him in the mouth, which sent him flying out of the vehicle. That's when the off-duty cop got involved and he was taken away.
As we've mentioned before, Heather is pressing charges against Matt and rightly so. Considering that he has yet to release a statement on the matter, we can only assume that this woman's story is 100% truth and she deserves to be vindicated in court.
