"It's about the nature of depression. Kirsten goes through a hellish wedding dinner, while this planet, Melancholia approaches Earth. As it comes nearer, Dunst accepts it and she also accepts her own melancholia on the contrary to her sister, Charlotte Gainsbourg, who has no contact with her feelings, until it's inevitable." - IMDB

Everything Kirsten is in is excellent — she is one of the best actors of her generation.

This movie looks good. You should also show the trailer for the movie A Dangerous Method (if you haven't already), looks great.

This looks pretty awesome! And I'm very excited to see Kirsten Dunst revive her career… for a long time I didn't like her, then I realized she's pretty awesome after seeing Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind… and then she kind of faded for a long time. Well not right after that, but you know. Some bad fashion/career choices were made. But real excited to see her come back!

I like this, but still want to see Madonna's movie!

Don't expect too much…worst movie ever in spite of the really good cast! I don't undestand how Lars Van Trier is called a genius. The movie is empty and very very very long. The 5 first minutes and the last 2 are the only things (not even sure) to remember.
