By now, we're going to write under the assumption that you've all seen the True Blood season finale. Its been almost 48 hours, we've given you enough time.
With that said, we want to talk about Tara's shocking "death" scene and how her brains getting blown to bits might not actually be the last you see of Tara. The scoop straight from Rutina Wesley is that Tara will be back next season, but in what shape or form, she isn't saying.
In a new interview, the True Blood star spills:
"Alan Ball himself pulled me aside early on and told me that this was happening. And I was like, ‘OK, that’s cool.’ I know I’m coming back in some capacity, I just don’t know how I’m coming back. It’s scary as an actor to be in that position. Whatever they do, I think it’s the Golden Hour for Tara. But I don’t know how they’re going to revive me or if I’m dead. And that’s the big question: Can she be saved?"
To clarify, Rutina adds that her contract option has been picked up for season five and teases that Alana has "big plans" for her next season, though he hasn't yet shared what they are.
Hey, we're not worried. If anyone can come up with a creative, albeit rather strange way to resurrect Sookie's BFF, its Alan. He's got this on lock.
But how will it happen? Will she become a vampire? A ghost? Is there a secret cabinet filled with fairy healing dust???
