America May Not Like President Obama Right Now, But They're All About Hillary!

| Filed under: Media MinutePolitikBarack ObamaHillary Clinton

america still likes hillary clinton

You could learn a thing or two from Hillary, Mr. President!

According to recent polls, America does NOT approve of Barack Obama, but they ARE feeling good about Hillary Clinton.

A new Bloomberg survey indicates that 34% of people said America "would be superior" if Hillary were in office, and 47% of people say that it would be "about the same."

Not only that, but Hillary continues to be "the most popular American political figure," and almost two-thirds of the US are having a favorable view of our Secretary of State.

Hillary has said that she WON'T run for President again…but maybe she'll change her mind! It certainly seems like she'd have the support if she went for it!

Do U like Hillary Clinton these days? Do U think she should run for President???

What would be her incentive to run for president? They love her now, but they won't love her then. Look at Barack Obama…. everyone treated him like a god until he got into office. Now they're pissed because they expected him to act like a god and make all their problems disappear which is unrealistic and just plain ridiculous. She'd be better off enjoying time with her family behind the scenes and with her millions. I wish her the best. She had my vote in '08.

Re: Manda756 – So true. People expect these huge problems which took years in the making to be fixed instantly. And nothing will get fixed as long as the main priority of both parties is to undermine the other. The future is bleak no matter who is in office.

  3. 3

Yep, her Saudi millions. Shame on both her and Bill. I even gave her money in '08, but I would not vote for her now. People only treated BO like a god, because Americans are NOTracists, and so they bent over backward to prove it, cause they want to see black Americans succeed. America wanted the symbology of a black president. But he was never qualified. And I can't stand his anti-Americanism. I hope he gets booted out in a big way. He and moochelle are an embarrassment and they have no one but themselves to blame.

last election you had the choice between a woman and a black guy. i guess black was more urgent, considering your history. team hillary still, my sectet love. though obama is a huge improvement for a country coming from GWB.

  5. 5

if i could do it all over again, I'd vote for Hilary in the primary…. *sad face*

China, "Considering their history?" WTF? Women have been slaves for all of "his"tory in every society in every era. Women did not even get the vote in this country until 50 years after black men did!!! My grandmothers could not own property either. They were non-entities who were handed over to their oldest sons in my grandfather's wills. All of them had at least ten children. Their lives were pure drugery and slavery. African Americans are 12% of the US population. Women make up 50% of the population anywhere. We make less than men for the same jobs. We suffer greater crimes whether it is rape or the dry cleaner charging more to clean our smaller shirts??? WTH??? Why are women, the underclass of all societies, so overlooked when it comes to "his"tory??? We have only had the right to participate in democratic society for less than 100 years of 2,500 years of Western civilization. Wake the hell up. This sister will not be marginalized anymore!!!

    The RATS are jumping ship!!!!

Re: china – This all you got to say!! Better the Bush!! Still cant say this president SUCKS.. LOOSERS

Re: womenareprey – Rape and dryer cleaner charges? REALLY? Making ridiculous statements reinforces negative stereotypes about women. The conversation over which minority group is pointless, so just don't bring it up. Women should be reaching across racial divides to achieve equality together and your asinine comments just alienate African American women from finding commonality with white women.

I said long ago Hillary will take it in 2012 because she's the only one who has a plan to clean up the mess.

  11. 11

welp…..if she does…..the chips will start and the new world order will quickly be here.Be prepared to be put in FEMA camps people

  12. 12

Hillary should definitely run as president. She has more balls and grip than any other democrat right now. The problems we are facing as Americans right now have always existed, but in recent years they've escalated. These problems cannot be fixed in just a few years of a presidency's term. It takes much longer, and cooperation from both parties, which we do not have at this point. I believe that Hillary Clinton can succeed with a flexible plan, and can give us Americans, what we really deserve.

  13. 13

Re: china – Blame Bush LOL please! That excuse is so played out. Obama is a total moron and he is destroying this country. Now that we see what Obama really is about, Bush looks like a an amazing president.

Obama is nothing more then a dirty Chicago politician. His games are catching up with him now.

  14. 14

Just shutup already. Constantly bringing this shit up is pathetic. And why does Team Perez care at all? They are making bank by selling their trashy stories and pictures and books.

  15. 15

I think Hillary would be better than Barak. I may have to shoot myself if Michele Bachmann were voted in. I HIGHLY doubt that'll happen given her ignorance and intolerance of everyone in the world who doesn't share her beliefs and thoughts on many things. GO HILARY! At least I had nomey in my pocket when Clinton was in office. Now everyone's broke and looking for jobs. Boo economy and all the morons who put us in this position.

  16. 16

Obama is like fuckin' Mr. Magoo!!

  17. 17

Re: Manda756 – As much as I agree with your statement that public opinion would be different if Hillary was actually president, but she's Secretary of the State– in no way can that ever be considered "behind the scenes".

  18. 18

yeez: That a woman is raped every two minutes in this country is one negative fact, not stereotype, we need to broadcast and loud. The fact that women make, at minimum, 25% less of what men make for the same job also needs to be broadcast very loud. If BO did anything, he helped bring this issue to the forefront through commissioning a study on the gender income gap. Women also pay more for goods and services whether its beauty products, health insurance or cars. I consider this ridiculous only in its injustice! Our second class status should prompt women of all color to stand and up say they are not going to take it anymore. Hillary was more qualified than the community organizer any day and sexism was a bigger distraction in her campaign than racism obviously was to his. He's a "dick" and she wasn't!!! I will never shut my mouth on the injustice of sexism, in this country or the world. Good luck on trying to shame me into silence! That's an old tactic used on women everywhere, and this woman doesn't let anyone tell her to be quiet and sit down. Got it!

  19. 19

I like Hillary, but come on - Obama is not that bad. I'm not exactly sure why everyone demands so much more from him than they ever did Bush. He's reformed health care, repealed DADT, Got Bin Laden etc. Democrats, no matter what you feel about Obama right now you need to support him - look at our alternatives, if you're worried about your agenda can you imagine what will happen under a President Bachman? The one thing I do admire about the Republican party is that they all tend to have each others back. Democrats on the other hand are constantly throwing each other over the coals, like what happened with Weiner! yet, on the other side they have a Congressman who solicited a Boy on Craigslist for $50 dollars but he's still serving….Ugh I hate Politics.

Re: divabunny – Obama is MR. MAGOO!! He's the opposite of what we thought he'd be!! wake up!!

  21. 21

Re: MikelJoshua – Yeah!! She does have ballZ!! AND that's what we need now!! So tired of Obama's wimpy Mr. Magoo routinie!! Over it.

  22. 22

Re: HeatherIsOnFire – ME TOO!! Obama is fuckin' whimpy. He's Mr. Magoo and we need someone tough. She would would be fighting for us instead of looking like Obama — deer caught in the headlights!!

  23. 23

O.M.F.G. Not this ugly hag with her "right wing conspiracy" her ugly pant suits and her delirium - "We exited the plane with gunfire over our heads" - P L E A S E NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

  24. 24

LOL. Yeah she would be a great President since she'll do exactly what the NWO wants her to do. Snicker, Snicker

Ron Paul is the only candidate that actually cares about America.

  25. 25

I think Americans were fcking MORONS to not elect Hilary president. I STRONGLY feel we would be a thousand times better off. I think after such idiocy this country has shown as of late I've lost any faith in this country

  26. 26

    but americans ARE sexist :P

  28. 28

Re: womenareprey – agreed. you know, i actually know people who voted for BO for the sole reason that he is black, despite the fact that he was not a proven qualified candidate. i think voting for someone only for the color if his or her skin is just as bad as NOT voting for someone for the color of his or her skin.

Re: malibugirl22 – your making a political move because of pant suits and looks?
stick to commented on hollywood, you sound uneducated.
Hillary had my vote as well.

  30. 30

Re: Malyonese – Well true but I'm referring to next election, which she said she would not serve another term as Secretary of State if Obama won (hence behind the scenes).

  31. 31

Perez update your site! This can't possibly still be your "top story"

  32. 32

Re: Yenkme – This pres does suck. It's like he's a fucking robot!! It's like DO SOMETHING!! YOU"RE FUCKING PRESIDENT!! He's Mr. Magoo.

Re: Alexima – BUSH?? Get outta your time machine DOUCHE!! His first term is almost over and he's made things worse!! Wake the fuck up, feygot!!

  34. 34

Re: Jackay00 – exactly!! the rest of the world has elected women but NOT america. sHIT, even CANADA had a female prime minister.

Re: rosebud99 – He's had 3 years. Unemployment is worse than it was before he took office and his trillion dollar stimulus plan has failed. When are we going to stop blaming the predecessors and decide that maybe, just maybe, Obama has never had a handle on this country?

  36. @v@ says – reply to this

Re: womenareprey – Whoo-hoo! Nothing asinine about your rants. So right about it all.

  37. 37

Re: Manda756 – Manda… I couldn't agree more with you!!! Obama is struggling because people had unfair and unrealistic expectations of what he should have been capable of! He couldn't turn around the horrific mess that had been made by the Bush administration… it was just too devastating a problem. So, i agree with you that Hillary would be in the same boat as Obama if she were president. Neither of them have a magic wand to tap on the country!!! I also intended to vote for Hillary, but as it turned out, Barack was our choice, and I think he has deserved our support while he deals with this incredible mess left by the Republican administration!
